7 years agoThe only webmaster call I make is to Mike Waters of Studio 678. He always gets to the bottom of any mysterious website issues. He has built a few sites for my clients and they are always happy. He is a delight to work with, collaborative, has outside resources for areas he is unfamiliar with and is genuinely a nice man. 3 years agoI’m so grateful to Mike Waters of Studio 678. My website was in big trouble. I had hired someone who didn’t know what they were doing and my site was not functioning very well. I was having all kinds of technical glitches, missing customer contacts etc. Mike quickly figured out the issues and moved within 24 hours to fix all of the problems. He now maintains my site, so I don’t have to worry. He is professional, responsive and he’s good at making technical issues easy to understand. Allegra Lundy was my Customer Lobby account manager and she was always on top of any questions I had and any changes I want to make to my account. Overall, I had a great experience with customer lobby and they increased my company’s reviews by over 308%! They also have a great repeat customer campaign that are top quality. I had one sent to me every month to make sure that the images I uploaded looked great and that the quality of the product I was sending to my customers was great as well. Very impressive and I would recommend this company to any business owner looking to increase their reviews and add value to their repeat marketing campaigns.
I am currently using several rating companies to get feed back from our customers about their experiences with our company… positive or negative. Customer Lobby, in my opinion has generated the most customer
reviews and surprisingly at a lower cost. I have stopped using one service and will stop the other at the end of the month.

at helping me and taking care of any issues I had.

Carshield representative, Michelle, has a very poor, unprofessional demeanor. She argued with me about canceling my account. I asked why was she giving me a hard time , I want to cancel? She informed me that she Had to say this, and I Had to acknowledge it? I told her, sternly, that I want to cancel.🤷🏻♀️ She responded by saying, “We don’t want you as our customer”🫤👎
Im sure this service can work well once
everything is setup, but hopefully you dont need to get ahold of anyone, because customer service is practically non existent.
