New to tally, came to this car wash cause of the reviews and boy it did not disappoint. I was going to get the better wash, which is their mid tier, but Ben convinced me to go with the monthly subscription. He said that it’s worth it and very inexpensive. 10/10, I had great customer service.

Ive been coming here for the past 3 months, and I always have a good experience because of Ben! He is a really good worker and cares a lot about the customers. I would love to see him get promoted or maybe even a raise! This car wash is 10/10 and has very good prices

Connor was professional and helped me with an issue I had with the bugs not coming off during a best wash. He personally walked me to the wash and sent my truck in for a second wash. Then he made sure the bugs were off my vehicle before he helped the next customer. I’m satisfied and definitely will be back.

Great customer service! They have towels to dry your car as well as window cleaner. The vacuums work well and there is also pressurized air. It’s not too crowded. I take my new and old cars to wash here often.

PHENOMENAL. Love the customer service here, the wash is fantastic, there are free vacuums, and my car looks beautiful for $20 per month.
I was horrendously overcharged at another carwash down the street, and came here as a result. I’m so glad I found it.

My car was extremely dirty from a trip up in the mountains, completely covered in dirt and salt. Needed to get it cleaned asap so I gave this location a shot and left extremely satisfied. The first run through the wash didn’t really do the job because I drive a Jeep Wrangler and the brushes couldn’t reach the curves, but after talking to the manager, Ric, he personally went out of his way to send my car through again cleaning it up to perfection. Thank you Ric!

Went there today and it didn’t even come close to getting my car clean. With the added water spots it may actually be dirtier than before I went (even paying extra for spot free rinse). The tire shine was sloppily applied and the rims are still filthy. The bird poo and bug spots were also still there. It didn’t even remove the basic dust and grime as you see in the photos. So very disappointed. I will not be going back that’s for sure. The “under new management” is a flop.

After the change in management I returned. Purchased the monthly package and I have been pleased. Staff are friendly and helpful. A remarkable change.
In 2021- Poor wash and tire shine. Even worse customer service. Would not apply tire shine by hand after their machine failed to do so. Wouldn’t let the car go through again. Even more, 10 days have lapsed without a response to my complaint about this issue through their website. Our relationship has ended. Don’t use this place.

It’s a nice clean car wash with a vacuum that will suck but could be stronger. I came here with a free car wash coupon that allowed me to choose any car wash. There is an issue with it, but luckily, there is a person posted by the machine to help with issues. My vehicle is much cleaner after the “best” option, and the free vacuums are the reason I go to a car wash. While the vacuums do work and are better than some other places, they fall in the middle of the strength of the suction compared to other placessl in tallahassee.
The love I have for this car wash is deep and pure. The wash does a great job on the outside of your vehicle, but the absolute perfection that sets this place above the rest is the vacuum area. The vacuums are strong and plentiful, and boy do they need to be after a summer of road-trips. I especially love the pressurized air nozzles—there’s something deeply satisfying about blasting the sand, dirt, and crumbs the kids and their friends have blissfully left behind. Also I’d me remiss to not mention the friendly, helpful attendants who bring complimentary towels and cleaning spray. In summary, we love this car wash and you will too.
I love the concierge service they have here. They meet you at the gate they bring you through the gates and they’ll even take your mats out and wash them for you.
You wanna clean very well your car take it here, they’ll make sure you got what you need and your car will come out shiny clean with stars and everything at a very good price!
