3 weeks agoTerrible! You are asked via prompt on the kiosk screen if you want to add a tip. Before they even touch your car! The new owners no longer have staff to spray down and do a light scrub on the front of your car for bugs before you go into the wash. The tracks? Inside the car wash are now rough and my car got bounced around pretty good about half way in (both times). When I got out of the car wash my car was still dirty on the hood, the grill..of course…..and both sides of the car. The vacuums barely work. I tried 2 different bays. The nozzles fell off on two different hoses. I had to pick not only hair, but little stones off by hand and feed them into the vacuum. I talked to the young lady who is there to help you at the start of the car wash and she was very nice. She sprayed a hose on the front of my car, not helpful but she tried. Then she let me run my car through again at no charge. It came out a little cleaner after the second wash. Their prices went up tremendously from the old owners and everything about them is worse. Time to drive 5 minutes further and go to a good car wash!a month agoMy stock 3rd brake light holder on my truck was ripped off and exposed the cabin from water damage from the blowers/dryer. The guy went to retrieve my part and gave me another part of a different car and told me to keep it even though I told him it wasn’t mine. I waited 4 days for a response on what they would do to fix it and they offered me 3 more months of free car wash. The person on the phone was so rude and pretty much dismissed my concerns. I wouldn’t go here unless you want perfectly good parts on your car to be destroyed. Warn your friends. Warn your wives.a month agoI’d rather have the old Super Wash back, they would actually get the bugs off the front of your car. When I come out of Mister car wash the bugs are just smeared and still there. If Mister would take more pride in their work it could be a great place. Just put back the 2 guys that SuperWash had before the tunnel that would do a quick prescrub for the bugs and everything would be good.3 months agoUsed to be a decent place. Now, you’re pretty much left to go home, and finish the job yourself. Used to have guys who pressure washed brake dust from your front rims. Price went up. Service went down. Damaged my spare tire cover last visit. Owners have obviously gotten cheap. Doubtful that the machinery gets properl maintenance because, it doesn’t do the job as well, either. May as well just flush your money down a toilet.5 months agoThe cars seem to be pushed through at a very rapid rate and sometimes the car behind you is almost on your rear bumper! How can your car ever be reasonably clean! Sometimes the pace prevents the rolling overhead drying clothes don’t even come down, so bad drying process! We need more competition to insure better quality service! I blame the owners, not the workers!

Wish it didn’t cut off on a credit card.2 years agoI like that it is open 24 hours and takes credit cards. It was very clean and well lit. I love the radio!! Everything worked and I had a great experience. Mount Dora PD drove through while I was there which is great because I am a fan. Ever before that, I felt safe. Loved the cleanliness of this car wash and was excited about the 2 different types of vacuum attachments and the small blower for cleaning out tight spots.
I’m not much for car wash memberships but it’s growing on me seeing how people stop by and just run thru without a lot of negotiation, it’s all done before. We were able to purchase a single wash.
The attendant was polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
I have a lot of sap on my roof, hood and trunk. The attendant did a little pressure washing for me and told me if I wasn’t happy to bring it back thru free of charge. I did. Unfortunately the “hands free” machine wash just didn’t effectively take care of the moldy sap on the tops, but made the sides of my car and wheels look fantastic. I’m sure cars that don’t sit out in the elements like mine, or as long as mine, do just fine with the everyday wash at Mister Car Wash. Due to the professionalism of the attendant, and the multiple locations, I will consider going back, and possibly joining.
I DO recommend this establishment and location.
I took my truck through the car was, a simple, not giant lifted truck to be clear, a bone stock jeep truck. The machines at mister will not wash the front end, hood, windshield, roof, bed or tailgate.
I asked an attendant about why the cars in front of and behind me got a full wash while I didn’t and blame was put on my windshield as being too steep. Hey, folks higher up at mister…. what about literally EVERY rear window on any s.u.v. or other pickup in the world? What about 80s and 90s model pickups with boxy windshields? Sounds like a cheap excuse, then to be followed up with the “it’s for customer safety” response that management’s had to tell attendants to hand out…
I had just purchased a monthly membership, in the vehicle to be washed and nobody could mention that they were only going to wash less than half of my truck… they still charge full price though…
The attendant did kindly ask if the machine washed the sides… what a compromise, at least my doors got cleaned.. somewhat.
Needless to say, I’m canceling the membership.
Any one else with a less than super sloped windshield beware. Your only getting 3/8 of a wash for full price. Find somewhere else that will actually give you what you paid for.
The wash was very short and not very thorough. The dryers didn’t dry my car off hardly at all. And the vacuums have little to no suction. It was a waste of my money and my time. The rugs is after I spent almost 10 mins with their vacuum. The back of my car wasn’t even touched during the wash. I ran my hand across the top right over my back window and as you can see by the picture of my hand it obviously wasn’t washed when I went through their machine. I will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Not good. The wash is so quick that it barley washes or dries the car. The tire shine never works when I go through. There was also some white reside left on my car and under the trunk. I had to come home and wipe all of that off. Who goes through a car wash to do more work at home? Yes, it’s unlimited but not worth it. Not going here again 👎🏾👎🏾
Car wash area was clean but the machines were only half functional again at this location. It seems to be a reoccurring trend. Not a big issue if you are a member, but if you are getting a one time or First Time wash, I probably do not return.
