3 months agoI have the 12 month unlimited club membership to any location. The Troy location did a good job. The interior was left clean with freshener, the line was organized, the wash was fast and thorough, and they offer complementary towel drying. The gentlemen who cleaned the interior of my car were kind and offered me a seat in the customer lounge while waiting for them to complete cleaning. The customer lounge has complementary water for guests to enjoy while waiting typically less than five minutes for their car interior to be clean. This has been my go-to car wash for quite sometime now!2 weeks agoHave been an unlimited club member for 6+ years and every time I go the quality of work has depreciated. What is the point of paying for some thing when your car is still dirty on the inside on a brand new car still foot prints on the doorstep outside of the vehicle not even being cleaned and dried properly management not even doing anything about it brought the employee over and the employees start saying what’s wrong it’s brand new. If I could give a 0 i would. Do not waste your money with their unlimited club is a waste of time.2 months agoI got the complete detailing package. All the bells and whistles! A present to my husband for our wedding anniversary. Detailing appointments are booking up fast, plan ahead! I had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment. Chris and Brian did a great job. They listened to me and went over and above to meet my requests. Little bit of a bumpy interaction with the manager, but it worked out and I am pleased with the overall outcome.4 months agoNot impressed! a month agoI come here extremely often (multiple times a week) and not only do I get a great car wash inside and out but I came to write this review because of Antoine. He goes above and beyond on my car every single time and greets me with the greatest smile/hello that keeps bringing me back to the Birmingham location. Thanks so much for always taking care of me Antoine!a week agoI’m new in town and have purchased the unlimited deal after discussing options with Don ( I believe that was his name. Have been there three times in 6 weeks and it’s a great system. Antoine E was very helpful this last time. The team leader was also awesome- didn’t catch his name. I will be more cognizant of names next time!4 months agoJax Car Wash is a fantastic business.I bought a used car that smelled strongly of air freshener. After a few days, I realized it was covering up cigarette smoke.
Brandon, Chris, and Tyler are amazing! All three of these managers worked with me to try to get cigarette odor out of my car. They were quick to get my car in for detailing and worked with me to select the best cleaning treatments while making sure I was not paying for unnecessary treatments.
Brandon especially went out of his way to help me. He was very thoughtful and professional. I am so grateful for his kindness and hard work. I definitely recommend Jax Car Wash!
10 months agoI wasted 90 minutes and $97 today. I am not sure what i paid for. And my car was not in bad shape at all when i took it in. The area between the seats were not vacuumed. They didn’t fully wipe down the interior or vacuum the seats. Waste of $$$. I will never go back.****** thank you for the response, but I cleaned my car when I got back home. I wasn’t driving from commerce back out to birmingham to waste more of my time. *****

I have generally been very happy with their full service car wash, even though it requires a monthly membership. The staff are friendly and take special requests when asked.
However, the last time I went, my car received several scratches by the rear window. Since I had emptied the rear of my SUV immediately before going to Jax and went to reload it immediately afterwards, there was no other opportunity for the car to get scratched.
When I contacted them and then went back for them to inspect my car, they were very polite. However, and I guess to no surprise, they denied responsibility, claiming that there was no way their equipment could have made that pattern of scratches. (Since there are four horizontal scratches, it seems to me that a dirty brush could easily have made this pattern.)
This is still an open issue, since I’ve not yet had a chance to get an estimate. To their credit, they did offer me a month free membership as a good will gesture.
I will update as things develop.
Today’s interior service was excellent. The guys really took their time. The quality of service really depends on who’s working that day. I am an unlimited club member, so I qualify for both int/ ext service..Unfortunately, the exterior service wasn’t well. The guys drying my car with towels Didn’t tell me the car was still really dirty … dirt all around the wheels …dirt on the doors … dirt on the license plate. They should’ve directed me to rewash… I got all the way to the other side of town, just to see my car was still dirty. The service with unlimited club includes tire shine, yet I was not given any tire shine. The manager who was very disrespectful last week. Was walking around, not speaking. Jax car wash used to have a friendly family environment.🙃
I have been to this location and a few others and would not recommend them. My truck is always still dirty after going though. I will be canceling my plan and buying a power washer to do it myself, and do it right. The guys at the front with the hoses just don’t care. The pictures are from right after going through. There’s no point in paying for a plan if i still have to wash it myself after. Not to mention all the new scratches i get every time i go through. Do it yourself, or youll be dissatisfied.
Paid $20 for the Everything Exterior wash and my wheels are absolutely horrible. I dont expect every speck of dirt to be removed, but these results look horrible for what I paid. I ended up cleaning the rims and tires myself when I got home.
My car was inspected and detailed by Frank B. and his associate (sorry I didn’t catch his name). They did an exceptional job cleaning the inside of my vehicle, took their time and showed care! I was happy to tip the Jax team to show my appreciation!
