You made a tough day a good day.in the last weekOverrated, I bought the ultimate wash, and it was a regular wash. Never wasting my money here again. And the rim and tire wash is not good.3 years agoThey always do an excellent job. Although the area does not look the greatest The employees are ALWAYS very professional and pleasant. The prices are fair and they are quick. I love their deals and discounts especially the unlimited wash deal. The sign is visible from the street but the buildings a little too small to notice right away. I would recommend this business over a lot of the other mega car washes. Touchless car washes are always better because they don’t scratch up your paint job. They use some type of colorful soap that smells amazing. They NEVER do a rush job always consistent and do quality work. 3 months agoCame in for the first time and the staff were very friendly and helpful! My car was dirty from traveling and got the Ultimate (with tire wax) for $10, which is a really fair price. My car now looks like brand-new!!I also believe this is 100% Black-owned and operated and always love supporting the community!

I wanted to ask about the services yet light bright acted like it was an issue to ask questions. Talking about “Make it quick you’re holding up the line”. There’s ONE way in and one way OUT! There was only two dryers, I damn near ran into another car while coming from under the blow dryer and almost had my car ran into. I paid the 10 dollar wash. The tire service can be way better as my rims were half washed. And the back bumper area wasn’t as clean as the rest of the car, which is weird to me.4 months agoThe best experience for my first time. I will visit again and again. The car was very clean when it was done. The staff is amazing. Very helpful if you don’t know what to do.

Car wash looks nice customer service okay. But the quality of cleaning. Paid for top quality cleaning and looks like they just washed it with water. Car looks not clean.
Never experienced better customer service at a car wash. The staff were all so nice, welcoming, and helpful. I called asking if they had hand washing but luckily their car wash has an automatic touch-less option, which was perfect for what I needed. They even sent me a video of how it works and ensured I’d be taken care of before I got there. Thank you Magical Touch!
09/21/23 UPDATE:
The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that’s a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location.
The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around.
Many business get complacent or lazy when they’re successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don’t go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. So I’m gonna add another two stars from my original two star rating.
END OF UPDATE
I had high expectations after reading many of the reviews and even more so when I arrived to a fully staffed facility and no cars in line. I figured I’d have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home.
Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew “seemed” professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating.
Love them! Best carwash around by far. Leaves my car shiny every time!
Ask for abbas at full service
Abbas did a great job with my interiors. He was able to pick up my car and drop it off too, he was thorough with the interiors and is decent enough priced. The only place I did not feel satisfied enough which I realized later after he had dropped off the vehicle, was that he missed the places where doors close.. it may have just been an oversight, so I will definitely recommend him and I will also use his services again.
