  I tried this place today because I wanted to give them a shot and just drove out of it feeling scammed. I paid for the ultimate plus for my Tesla Model X. The car came out of the wash, got a simple wipe down and they told me it was done. Although they did wash and clean 4 floor mats as promised, there is no armor all wide down, no tire shine, ect. The gentleman even asked me what kind of wash I paid for, and I told him, but still seems like it was the basic service (plus mats). I have paid for basic service at another car wash before and seen a better job on the interior, exterior and tires.

  Post Response: If you don’t do armor all, you should probably update your website and pics to reflect that under the “car wash services” link. I know what tire shine looks like, washing them with an automated spray application of soap and water does not constitute a “shine”. I own three vehicles and have gotten them washed plenty of times, I understand you get what you pay for, and in my humble opinion, your “ultimate plus” service is not worth the $34 I paid. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thank you.

  Paid for ultimate and was ultimately disappointed, no tire shine, finger prints left on windows dash not fully cleaned and unlike others they don’t offer any fragrance spray. I went back to give them another chance and her response is “well today you are only getting full service.”?!? Really Yup my bad for coming back.

  Have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but had a poor experience on Saturday (8/19). For Ultimate Plus service, the trunk was left uncleaned (not vacuumed) and to top it, my Rayban sun glasses were stolen from the car! I called to speak to the manager today and they disconnected saying that nobody is around.

  It is a bad service for customers supposedly to win customers you have to be a good service in everything. I had a bad experience with them, my car came in complete and when I got out of there the antenna came out broken, I talked to the supervisor and he told me to talk to the owner, I called him and he got me an estimate with the dealer where I bought my car, I took him estimate of the value of my antenna I have called him many times and he does not answer and for this reason I say it here on this page that he is not a serious person.That is why I do not recommend that you take your car there and communicate to all the people

  This place does an absolutely incredible job. Ever since covid you can’t get anyone to clean inside and the places that do- don’t do anything but wipe your dash. I have a toddler who’s a nightmare when it comes to eating in the car and they always do such an impressive job and almost mini detail. Tip the guys well- they deserve it!

  This place officially lost my business today and many others in the area. The new vacuums are garbage. They are heavy, poor quality, and they are charging $2 now for 5 minutes. Not enough time and your wrist will be hurting. They charge $10 now for a basic wash instead of the original $8 for a service that is not even worth $6. Plus the sketchy people working there. Disgraceful.
