  Amazing work, got a monthly plan + wax/detailing on a deal. My Tesla looks brand new and interiors look very clean. They do a decent job on the interiors but exterior is amazing. Staff is good and friendly. Tip: go on the weekdays right around 8 -9am, will get your job done faster.

  Octopus car wash is the best in Orlando. I had my cat detailed by Eric and it was the best detailing my car has ever had. They were professional, very thorough, and made sure I was satisfied. I even got to talk with Sam the owner and I can tell that he has built a great team and that’s why their customer service is so excellent.

  SEVERELY DAMAGED MY TRUCK. I would never go to this place. I reached out to the Owner and no response. The manager on site was so unprofessional. I offered to come in when the wash was closed to replicate the scenario and he says “Well we can guess as to what happened all we want.” They agree that the damage was not there when the truck came in. Had to file a police report. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

  This used to be my go to washing spot but haven’t been here in 2 years. Paid $100 for a detail and while the outside was done amazingly, the inside left much to desired. Still had areas that needed to be cleaned & ended up just doing myself which was disappointing considering I just paid $100 & still had to do work.

  They damaged my tint , literally wiped parts of it off on my Mazda cx5 using the wrong rag to wipe my windows on a super hot day not even under the canopy and the manager said “ I wasn’t there to see it happen I’m sure it was like that when we got it”. They damaged my dash on my 2023 highlander xse I paid $150 to get it detailed they detailed exposed to the hot sun since it was a busy day and the cat was dirty, seats weren’t even wiped and now my dash is ruined. I showed the manager he claims Toyota should fix it!!! That’s insane! The car is brand new and octopus is the only place to touch my car. I am very heart broken over this unprofessionalism. Stating “ we wouldn’t be in business and if we didn’t see it happen we can’t say we did it” managers exact words I was shocked they take zero ownership to any damages their untrained staff cause.

  I went in and paid for a Platinum clean which includes a cleaning of the interior. They vacuumed and did not clean anything. I went back around and they said that do do a very light wipe down but that’s about it but that wasn’t even done. She just said that’s pretty much the service they provide and nothing more they could do. I use go to this place all the time and they did a decent job but this is horrible. After paying $40 now I have to go spend more money to clean it myself. I want a refund, honestly. This is so disappointing.

  Hands down one of the best car washes. I’ve been doing all of Florida since I bought this car brand new 6 months ago. I’ve taken it everywhere because I want to know where or what car wash is going to keep my car looking brand new. I drive for Uber and I drive for Lyft and I have a dog so I need to keep my car completely clean all the time. Otherwise I risk losing my job now. I’ve tried every single other service monthly, clean, whatever all across. Orlando on the north end altamont all the way down to Orlando international airport and the Mister car Wash that’s out in lake Mary has got to be hands down the best place. I drive out of my way every morning to get here right around the time they open and get my car full service cleaned. And everyday I go out and drive and everyone’s like oh my God. Did you just pick this car up and it feels like I did because Mister car Wash keeps it that clean. I know what a lot of other reviews have said and I feel like those people are just people looking for a handout or giving bad reviews because they had a bad day themselves. But this car wash takes the extra time to look over every detail of every car and make sure that it leaves clean. Like the guys out at the towel area, open my trunk and clean all the way around the edges. So the trunk hinge area is dry all the time. It’s amazing and then as you can see in the photos it’s an SUV and they’re doing the trunk, every time without asking… So don’t just believe every review that you see. Go out there and make your own experiences. I did and through a lot of trial and error. I found a car wash that keeps my car brand new everyday. Check the photos out and I have a miniature Australian Shepherd so that dog has two coats which means twice as much fur drops off of him all of the time lol. Look at those rugs!!!

  This place is a JOKE. I paid for a platinum interior cleaning and this is what was left. This is disgusting and completely unprofessional. I will absolutely be contacting corporate for a refund and will NEVER be setting foot in this establishment again.

  I took my car there for an interior cleaning. I’m trying to fix up my car that’s been sitting and it needed a good cleaning. I was very disappointed in the job that was done. My child could’ve done a better job. I look at the car and question that they even did anything. I will definitely not ever go back or recommend the fern park location to anyone. Major let down. The photos are just a few examples of the work done, or should I say NOT done.
