5 months agoEdit – since I wrote this review they do now have blowers and a rotating drying cloth section. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because I have a membership and the rotating drying cloth section rotated but didn’t touch my car to dry it.It’s a good car wash and the reason I rated a 3 is due to there being nothing to blow the water off of your car, like at other competitors. The staff is friendly and they do have a cart with rags and windshield spray as well as interior spray.
I also signed up for a membership before knowing they didn’t have anything that blows the air off of your car as you go through the wash. Hopefully its easy to cancel membership.
a month agoCar wash ripped off my wife’s 4 runner side view mirror (2021 4 runner) I show up next morning at 7:50AM and am told by a snot nosed assistant manager – sorry you didn’t report it same day, tough luck kick rocks.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLES DAMAGED.
**edit** a district manager reached out to me and will be repairing this- thankfully a good experience talking to him and them doing what’s right. I look forward to fully amending this review after the repairs have been made.
2 weeks agoThis place is awesome! I like it more than Charlie’s. The staff are very kind and helpful. They have a complimentary detail station that has towels, window cleaner, and interior cleaner. It was definitely helpful because I left my cleaning wipes at home. My car looks great inside and out.a month agoI used this car wash for the first time today. The guy that was helping process the payment was nice, so the experience started out great! However, as I’m at the end of the car wash, the drying clothes snapped my antenna off. I pulled back around and told the attendant what happened and they just pointed to the sign and said they weren’t responsible. I asked for the owners information, they couldn’t give me that information. I asked for the bosses information, they couldn’t give me that either. I would have liked to have discussed the incident with someone who cared about their customers experience, instead of just the usual response that they weren’t responsible. It just felt like the customer experience did not matter at all. Very disappointed. I’ve went thru many car washes and never had my antenna ripped off. So, be sure and remove your antenna before going into this car wash or you’ll be paying $100 to replace. Because of the way the antenna broke, I now have to replace the whole thing. 😠a month agoI have used Take 5 a long time and find them to be great place to get my car washed. Although, this time it was not as good of a visit. There were 2 vacuum’s not working, not all of the interior cleaning bottles were full, there was some trash on the ground and there were bugs still on the front of the car. I do give them 3 stars as when I reported things they did look into it immediately.

2 months agoI stopped by today to wash my car I definitely needed it. I have come here multiple times and have never had an issue before but I did see that it has new management and getting new equipment which is fun to see. I also got to talk to one of the new owners and he was very nice and welcoming so I am glad to see all the improvements to come! Good luck to the future!a week agoIf i could give this place no stars i would. First the prewash and after the other options dont work. It says $1.50 to start but its $2.00 to start. Then after wasting a few dollars trying to get something i cant rinse off the soap cause the high pressure rinse is still pushed out soap several minutes after it was switched to high pressure rinse. Worst carwash ive been to in years and will never come back and will imform others to never make the same mistake i made.a month agoI have the monthly pass for the tunnel and every other weekend it’s shut down and has cones in front of it. But when it is available I notice the chemicals i usually get (blue and yellow) one is either out and sometimes neither gets sprayed on my car. Pretty dissapointed since it wasn’t always like this but it seems to be getting worse and i feel lucky when i do get the full car wash i payed for. I’ve been a member since the beginning of this year and I couldn’t recommend this anymore to anyone when it’s aggravating at the end of the week I can’t even get my car washed half the time.a week agoIt says $1.50 to start that is a falsehood. Sign says please allow up to 1 minute for the full benefit. After 3:30 on the rinse cycle i was with nothing but a soap covered vehicle.3 years agoGood car wash been using it for years. Stays fairly clean and is generally easily accessible. Only complaint is about their membership which said unlimited carwashes. When there was soap still on my car and I tempted to run it through the second time it said limited to one car wash a day. My other car wash membership at zip is unlimited sometimes I run my truck through there three or four times after off reading. Also this brushless wash is considerably more expensive.

This location is showing its age, half the vacuums don’t work very well. You can smell the old water when going through the wash. If they hadn’t charged me for a month I probably wouldn’t come back. You can get better for less.
The wash is good. The free vacuums are hit and miss. I’ve had to move my car twice to find vacuums that have enough suction to work. I wish the staff had offered us the deal they were offering every other client.
They have someone standing at the check in trying to upsell the wash..makes me not want to go there when they do that. They employee should go back to assisting springing the car since it seems they took him off of that job to upsell.
A concerned customer:
When getting my wash a few days back I noticed that that men get to wear shorts, but women in jeans?? In this scorching heat? As a woman I would hope my employer would provide equal uniform standards for all genders. Praying for that sweet girl in this heat.
