a month agoI’ve used this place many times before with no issue. But today halfway through the washer I heard a loud pop. Obviously I inspected the car afterwards and found the black paint on one of my rims had a big scrape on it. Scraped the paint off. It definitely wasn’t there before.a week agoI finally got my butt out of my car and used their Chamois — what an improvement. The vacuums are strong and they also offer rags to dry off your vehicle.I did have some bugs stuck on the front still but they have also been baking on there for the last month.5 months agoTwenty dollars and there are still bugs all over the front and the windshield. As for the spot-free rinse? Lol. The self-service car wash I go to does a better job. 3 months agoAgree with one of the reviews down below, came in to get a car wash, paid the premium(most expensive) and had to run my car through the machine more than once,I didn’t have time to vacuum that day(Friday) came back Saturday to clean the inside and the manager flat out cut off the vacuums and said I wasn’t a paying customer? I’ve been coming to this car wash since I was a little kid, never felt so betrayed and profiled by the horrible manager that runs the show. 6/3/23
a month agoGreat wash for the price and they have free vacuums and garbage cans for cleaning the interior of your car.3 months agoGreat Wash and better-than-average drying capacity for any other car wash I’ve beena year agoI like this car wash it’s about average for price but seems to do a good wash and they use a spot free rinse which helps minimize spotting. Only thing is as of lately they seem to be having mechanical problems a lot. Just sad that I have to call now to see if their open. So I don’t waist a trip driving over there. Last couple of days the phone won’t even ring. Sorry everything lately is just frustrating. Please do your best to be open Most of us love your car wash.a year agoThis is a great car wash! It’s reasonably priced, the process is fast, and the vacuums have a ton of suction. All of the dirt that was on the car was gone, and it was super shinny after. And all of the dirt and crumbs came up with ease at the vacuum station.

Scratched my car all up on more than one occasion, that’s what I get for giving them multiple chances. Then took forever for them to cancel me after doubling their prices. Was finally able to cancel after driving to three locations and two months of asking.
Do you want your whole car cleaned including your tires? If your answer is yes then don’t go here! I paid for the third tier car wash that included a hand dry. After the wash I informed the Manager in the office that my tires rims still had dirt on them. They were not washed. The machine had missed them completely. I was informed by the manager that it would cost an additional $4.00 dollars to clean the tires. I have never experienced a car wash that charges extra for what should be an essential basic part of a car wash. I will not go back to Carnation Auto Spa they are a ripoff! As the old saying goes “Steer clear” of this place.
Paid $350 for showroom detail and they didn’t deliver. I am very understanding person and I know it was hot but I was expecting more. My rims was not clean like it should have been. The middle console has so much residue. They could have kept my car longer if needed more time. I am not happy and won’t be coming back.
What’s the point of paying for the most expensive one if they don’t even properly clean off your car? After I told the man that my windshield looked a mess he had an attitude because i said something.Then not to mention now my car has a whole bunch of scratches now because of this place. This place is literally horrible. Hope they shut this one down. If Y’all would like to go to another Carnation Auto Spa, I would recommend the one on Highway 78 by the walmart! They always treated my car great! But these folks at this one??…Just horrible.
