Site manager was very polite and actually interacted with customers (unlike other places).3 weeks agoChris M is a great guy. Came a few times in a row and I’m not sure he even remembered me and was positive every time. He saw that my car was still a little dirty after the wash and came over to me and let go back through. Great service!! Glad they started using brush to do tailgates and hatchbacks because they were not getting clean. Used this facility to wash my vehicle ( not listed below.2 weeks agoChris M was amazing… he scrubbed junk and bugs off my car before I went through the wash and also washed down my mats while I was vacuuming my car. He is a great asset to this company.

2 months agoDoes a very good job on my pick up truck. Very little on outside to detail. Self Vacuums , glass cleaner, rags and mat cleaning station are included. Facility is clean. Cleaning supplies are always kept up and staff close by if needed. Must have driven my new vehicle through two dozen times and no scratches yet. One of the only self-serve car washes in town. It’s open 24-7 is the only reason it’s still alive. Because there are lots of automatic car washes out there that only cost 5 bucks and it includes a free vacuum…
I just went through your car wash for the first time after reading that it was touchless. There were brushes when my car went through so I must not understand the concept of touchless. I tried to speak to someone at the number listed, but there was no answer when I called. The car was mostly clean, but not the trunk.
Tried the touch less and the soft touch washes. Touch less is a better value considering the soft touch got less dirt off of the surface of my truck. Also if you have a hitch placeholder do NOT go in the soft touch. It is not as soft as you would think. Instructions tell you that there cannot be any extended hitches which a placeholder that sticks out 1/2 inch is NOT. It mangled the aluminum placeholder. 2/10 do not recommend soft touch, 7/10 recommend touch less.
Yes went there today to get my car washed through the soft touch automatic car wash and it ripped my driver side mirror off and now I can’t get in touch with the owner. ( I want to put in the quotations that the owner got back to me I help take care of the problem and resolved and I want to thank them so much for how they handled it)
I have used this place before because it has a touchless washer. The first time I came several months ago, some of the washer spray nozzles on the machine did not spin while rinsing the car, resulting in a high pressure shot of water blasting my paint. Basically a zero degree pressure washer nozzle. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I decided to try the touchless again today because I needed my car touched up since I didn’t have time to wash it myself. Yet again the same issue happened but it was several nozzles that were jammed and not working properly and it blasted water through my sunroof seal because the sprayers weren’t spinning, resulting in excessive water pressure. You’re lucky it didn’t damage my paint this time. Also half your lights are flickering or burnt out at the vacuum stations. Not coming back.
