3 weeks agoThere was a particular Indian man at the counter who had an attitude and was quite sarcastic. He talked to us as though we were dumb which was belittling and insulting. The reason for why he talked that way was because he just could not understand what we were asking for. We were clear about what we wanted: to get the exchanged money in 3 different stacks because they were for 3 different people who each wanted a receipt. The man either could not understand what we wanted or could not be bothered to do it. High level of unprofessionalism expected if you use their services.a month agoVery good rates away from town area. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. When I requested to have my money changed into smaller notes, the staff member confirmed if using $10 and $20 bills was acceptable for me
