a year agoDefinitely recommend trying out Costco if you haven’t! The products and deals they have are great! The store is very organized and there are lots of great benefits to having a Costco membership! The credit card, the gasoline, the automotive section, and lots more!The only complaints I would have is that the customer service is mediocre, there’s always a long line to return and to speak with customer service at the desk. It would be nice if they had another person that could jump on this and help the lines not take so long in this section. I also have a Sam’s club membership and they have an app where you can check out from your phone which is so useful so you don’t have to sit in super long lines. Costco can be ridiculously busy And it would be amazing if I could check out on my phone like I can at Sam’s club. And on top of that, Sam’s club does seem to have better deals more often than Costco. Food is definitely comparably cheaper most of the time depending on what you’re getting. So they could be a little bit more competitive in that sense. Other than that, I definitely like Costco and I will continue to come here.
a week agoDecided to get our new glasses at Costco. After a bit of a wait we had nothing but a great experience. The person helping us was so patient and helpful. The price difference was incredible, saving us close to $600 for the two pairs we ended up getting. After filling up my tank, the car would not turn on. They were helpful and decreased my anxiety. They had a portable jumper and my car was up and running in no time. Customer service here is amazing (spread the love). We’ve visited Costco for over 20 years. Hubby loves it for the top notch speed, efficiency and quality you get from here. It’s normally lower as well. My Dear Husband purchased a computer from another store. And he in turn found the mother load for much faster processor, speed, battery life, etc. He’s really happy about his purchase at Costco!!

4 months agoThis Costco can get really busy especially before a major holiday or event. Shopping early without crowds is nice. Getting gas always requires a wait, but the earlier the better. Free nitrogen gas always available. They also sell liquor separately from the other merchandise.They rotate their sales fairly frequently, so it’s always a pleasant surprise when something good is on sale. The staff are also friendlier than some other Costco’s that I have visited. Keep in mind that Costco staff do not bring in carts if it’s raining though.
2 weeks agoVariety of all food options you could possibly think of, all looking very tasty and with a reasonable price too! They even have their own Bakery, eye doctor, medical prescriptions, and food court! They are always giving out Samples of the most delicious foods they have to offer. Not only is it about food, they have furniture, plants, electronics, and jewelry! Plans with different services and so much more! Definitely worth to get a membership at Costco Wholesale!a week agoStore was way over crowded, lines were so long at check out they interferred with accessibility of merchandise and samplers just compounded the problem. This was my first year trying Costco, we even upgraded our membership after being pushed at checkout. I doubt we will renew. An order of magnitude of difference! I recently returned to a chain tire company near my home for tire service, while there I found customers under served, not communicated to and my own negative experience.
One of those experiences was that the next day while washing my car, I discovered that one of my tires was separating. I decided to not return to this tire shop and instead bought tires from Costco which was my first inclination what I bought the set being removed.
The online shopping experience was very easy, the appointment setting process was very easy, the pricing was better, install costs cheaper and the road hazard protection was included and last a whopping 5 years.
The day of my appointment was very pleasant, the customers were in good spirits, communication was outstanding not with just me but every customer in my area. When I asked to keep one of the tires they were more than happy to oblige me and later when I got home I discovered that they wrapped the tire in a plastic bag to protect the trunk, yes a simple but pleasant surprise.
Icing on the cake was discovering that my location had not one but two tire filling pedestals that pumped the same nitrogen that they fill your tires with. How many auto tire/service shops have a tire filling pedestal let alone two or ones that provide nitrogen, none in my experience.
I am a new member, in fact only joined 2 months ago but in that short time and especially for the service and value I received today; I will be a member for the remainder of my life. Thank you to the techs that served me today and helped me get my family sedan ready for a family road trip. Thank you Costco for all the hidden extra value things that you make available to us.
“I’d rather be at Costco” applies to me pretty much anytime, anywhere. That said, it’s gotten really crowded all the time. Even on Monday morning, it’s packed. Parked way in the back, gas lines halfway across the lot. They need to open a second location soon, preferably in Lakeland. Customer service is unmatched as always, same with the friendliness of the helpful employees. I loved the Covid-19 policies Costco had in place – better and longer than anyone. I miss having a shopping cart that was sanitized for each use.
Gas price was great. There will always be a line! Now they have pumps that you have to make sure is sealed to the gas tank.
Costco is my Disney World! I moved to Florida from California. I’ve been a member since the merger, which translates as forever. There always something new to find and the quality is 99% high quality. Not happy with something? Returns are quick and extremely easy. Plus after you’ve spent an hour or two looking at everything, you can get a large hot dog and soda for $1.50! Score!
Who doesn’t love Costco. Location is very clean and looks like they were starting to transition into fall decor, Halloween and Christmas. The self checkout is also A LOT better now that they’re checking membership cards so I do appreciate that. Also ended trip with hot dog and pizza cause Costco!
