I was looking for a newly released, Target-exclusive product.I couldn’t find the item on the shelf, so I went to the customer service area, and Alyssa (I think) stepped up to look for this item. She wasn’t able to find it immediately, but I gave my contact info and she called back promptly letting me know my requested quantity would be at the counter ready for payment.
Awesome job, I really appreciate the commitment & follow through. 🤙
2 weeks agoGood exerience. I was able to find what I was looking for and I found the staff very helpful. One of the employees, Amy, was happy to leave her station to help me find makeup for my wife. Found it!3 weeks agoThe prices are ridiculous. Spend $50 on two items. I know that’s not a lot to the people that have it to spare but all I’m saying is I can get a pair of shorts and pajama pants at Walmart for less than I spent on one item here2 months agoCouldn’t find key rings nor anyone to help me find them.2 months agoSuper Target is a great place for me to shop. They carry many of the groceries I buy, everything is easy to find, Target Circle has great discounts frequently, and the store is clean.

Seriously understaffed location- been in line for 30 min and should be out of here in another 15.2 months agoI placed a pick up order when the power went out for a brief moment today. The power is now back on and the rain has stopped. I have some dairy items in my order. They said they will not be able to give me my order because their computers are down. However each bag has my name on it and my order is ready. I said what about my refrigerated items. They said they’ll give me new ones. What a waste of food to throw all that stuff away when people are here ready to pick up their orders. The names of the orders are printed on each bag and alphabetized. Instead all the employees are just standing around. They are all about high school age. What a sad waste a food when it’s really unnecessary.5 months agoThe guest services is terrible, actually the worst experience that I ever had in a store. They won’t receive cat’s and jacks cloths without a receipt, I told them I didn’t knew this was a new policy, if he could please show me because I usually return it with my ID and the manager say “every store has their rules and bend them as they want and they don’t take words for it because they are full” next thing he called security to a person with a legit question that was being very polite and nice about it just because he didn’t want to deal with a customer. Terrible customer service, go to another target if you are trying to solve an issue this is not the right store for that!

This time did you just OK? The parking is pretty tough Wade seems really congested. One of the biggest downfall is that this target doesn’t have a very large selection of produce or meat so that means you end up going to another store to buy the groceries that they don’t have. But if you’re just making a quick stop to pick up a last-minute gift, not a horrible place for it.
This target has great selection – they keep it well stocked and organized.
I would go to target on a daily but now… I’m done shopping here..
Today I went to TARGET to make my seasonal purchase for my school supplies. I found everything I needed and more, from the shelves stackers to the cashier, their unmatched great customer service made me feel so relaxed. Everything went great. I checked out, went back to my car and then I noticed it. My reflection on the car window!!! I had left the store wearing a unpaid sombrero 😬😬😬😬. I had put the sombrero on my head on top of my baseball cap temporarily for it not to get crushed with the weight of my other items in my shopping cart. I put my items in the car and went back to the store, made a line with the same cashier. Let her know of my omission. Her softly talk and kindness along with a “thank you very much”, and sincere smiling , made me realize that TARGET and staff is not just another store, IT IS an extension of home. Thank you TARGET and staff. Y’all rock. By the way, THE SAVINGS WERE GREAT!!!
