2 months agoHi! I just visited for the first time and used the level 2 Protect wash for $16. I have some pros and cons of Shine Car Wash to offer to the business and future potential customers.Pros: The car wash is newer and is beautiful! The attendants were all very friendly and there are free vacuums to use. Monthly, unlimited wash subscription seem very reasonable!
Cons: my van was not completely cleaned during the wash 🙁 For paying as much as I did and for the facility being as nice as it was, I was disappointed to arrive home and still find a reasonable amount of dirt around the wheel wells of my vehicle.
*edit after owner reply* Thank you to the owner for responding to my review and taking the time to try to remedy the situation 🙂 I unfortunately live about 30min from the washes location and had stopped there on my way home from a trip. It’s not worth coming all the way up and back gas wise so I will just try to clean the rest of it myself. Thank you for the offer though 🙂

I was reading all the reviews. (Read the responses the management gave explanations. I think some of those people were trying to get something for nothing) People your car will NEVER be bone dry. It’s a blow dryer. Thanks for providing a great service to keep my “Blu” clean!2 weeks agoI am happy that I did not have to pay $23 for my car wash (I had a coupon for a free wash) because my van came out dirty. On the flip side, the vacuums were awesome! So if you have an extremely dirty vehicle, do not expect it to come out clean at this car wash.

a month agoWow, 10/10 recommend!! We have a large family so our van is always a mess! We had our vehicle detailed at Thein Total Detailing and he made it look brand new! I have not seen it this clean since buying it! I had a protective coating put on to help in the future for easier clean up and I can tell a difference already. I didn’t think certain things would ever come out, and to my surprise, they did! I can’t say enough good things. I’ll be back in 3 months! Thank you again!!2 months agoI had my 2019 Chevy Trailboss in for Tate to put on a ceramic coating and he did such an awesome job on this vehicle that I brought in my 2020 Chevy 1 ton that had less than 10,000 miles on it. Tate is very meticulous and wants to do the best job for the customer with an outstanding job. He did an excellent job on this vehicle as well! Just ran thru the wash and I am not impressed. They are running cars way too fast thru the wash. Missed my entire back of my van. Terrible when you spend that kind of money. Granted I didn’t buy the most expensive but I still bought the middle one, and that alone cost 15 with tax. Very disappointed
This place is now owned by Mister Car Wash and has been rebranded. Overall the people here are great. My only complaint is I’ve been here twice since getting my first monthly card and it already bent my antenna. Doesn’t really feel like soft touch. As it shakes my car as I go by in the car wash and definitely feels way too fast through the blower. Luckily I was able to bend my antenna back as it wasn’t too bad. We’ll see what happens in the future. If any further damage happens I will be taking pictures and talking to the folks there. But otherwise no complaints. The associates here were very helpful when I first came here and got my monthly pass. I like having this so close to my house and the vacuum seem to always work well.
No longer locally owned. Not as good of a wash any longer.
Went through yesterday. Car in front of me got sprayed down, was given extra room between cars before and after. Mine? Nope, load them in bumper to bumper and no spray for you. It really didn’t do a good job again either. At $18 a wash I’d expect a better quality. But I guess you don’t get what you pay for anymore. So glad it’s nice out again, I’ll be doing it myself from now on.
They changed to Mister Carwash. Prices went up. There’s always some guy creeping around wanting to put your credit card thru for you at the drive up kiosk. Same wash, much higher prices.
Girlfriend went a got a carwash, scratched her right side of the vehicle. When I let him know they scratched her vehicle he was short with me and very unprofessional. Would not recommend
