a month agoJust left red carpet. I still had dirt on the carpet front and back. I still had crumbs in the front passenger seat and back. They didn’t clean the trunk carpet as requested when I pulled up to get services I got out and showed the rep what I wanted still didn’t do it. I went in to speak with Bella who’s very rude. I ask her to send me car back through to get vacuumed and she rolled her eyes stated I need to ask speak with the manager. I ask who that was. She stated the man outside comes from behinds the counter walks outside walks off smh. I the went to speak with the fill in manager requested my keys . I said I would go to the car wash and do it myself. He offered to wipe the floor. I wanted them vacuum like ai paid for! Bella needs to be retrained. Sincerely a paying customer .7 months agoToday my son took my car to Red Carpet for my birthday which was so sweet, but we were both highly disappointed. I honestly couldn’t believe the poor quality that he received! He was so disappointed and frustrated at how it looked afterwards, yet he still tipped because it’s cold outside only to find out that there was $20 missing from underneath the armrest smh. You guys should know that if someone leaves money, it’s definitely a test to see if you’re a thief or not and someone failed. It’s ok tho. You reap what you sow. I’ve used this company several times before, get the same package every time, but this was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. That tells me that the staff that you’re hiring isn’t as good as it used to be… Just something you should think about.in the last weekOne of the young female employees was so RUDE when I asked her a question. You stay back and wait for them to tell you which lane to go into and they never do, then when you go on and choose a lane,, it’s the wrong one then you have to back out and go to the next one like it’s a joke. Everything is still shiny and looks so new! So happy with their work and was very well priced2 years agoPaid almost $70 for the VIP cleaning with leather conditioner for all 3 rows of seats. First off, yes, the exterior looks great……from afar. But it’s far from good. It specifically states the VIP includes hand cleaned wheels, which I would expect to hit the areas the automatic wash doesn’t get to. Survey says!……that was a lie. The VIP also states it includes the basic service which includes door jams wiped down. Survey says!…..THAT was also a lie.The dashboard looked and felt like they used a bucket of crisco to clean it along with the door panels, tire walls and leather seats. I’m really glad I have a center console to stop me from sliding straight out the passenger side door.

a month agoI’ve used them before several times and everything was great but the last time I used them the pre soak wasn’t working when it was finished washing and drying my car was still dirty and it didn’t dry my car hardly at all. Then I go when I’ve literally only have my floor mats left to vacuum the vacuum shuts off and then when I spot one of the worker’s and he sees me coming they shut the lights off and shut everything down leaving me with dirty floor mats. So needless to say I will not use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.a year agoI should have known better. I took my brand new RAM 2500 Limited through this car wash. The first trip, the right hand side scrubber stopped rotating. It was obvious that this location is not properly maintained. On a separate trip a different robotic arm was malfunctioning. The final straw was when I found gouge marks, obviously from a robotic scrubber, on my tailgate. Unfortunately, I had already left the premises and the company refused to submit to their insurance. Instead of dealing with a repeat customer respectfully they made me feel like a criminal. The manager was sarcastic and rude. I contacted her boss and, while he treated me a bit more respectfully, he made it clear he would NOT review the tapes. Bad business. Poorly maintained equipment. Terrible customer service.a year agoPaid for the platinum wash (Highest priced) and it supposedly comes with everything except for some kind of ceramic coating. Got through the other side of the wash and still had tons of bug guts and gunk on the front fender. The water going through the wash smelled like sewage. My tires were supposed to get some kind of scrub and if it did do that then it definitely isn’t worth the cost. The only thing saving this place was the free vacuums.4 months agoThis car wash used to be great. However, the last several times I’ve used them, there was still a lot of bugs on my grill and several of the vacuums don’t work. Again, it used to not be this way. They seem to have staff working but things aren’t getting done !a year agoPurchased the Platinum was with ceramic. Wash seemed really quick for a 25$ wash, plus no 5 day courtesy wash like most others. We have a nice car. There were many places that the wash missed and soap all over the lower portion of car. Will not be coming back. Ever.

My sister has a pass so we just go right in. Always gets her vehicles nice and clean, there are people when you enter that spray the front of the car for you.
This car wash is okay. I went weeks ago to the del city location to cancel my membership and get one somewhere else. Never thought that could be so complicated. The car wash always stops working while I’m inside of it which is concerning and then it doesn’t get washed as good leaving spots and it looks half done. The brushes are really rough and they have left many tiny scratches on my car. I’ve been understanding with all of that until they told me they canceled my membership but they didn’t. So now I’ve been charged. I called and emailed multiple times and ZERO responses. Just give me my money back. Then some automated message will respond saying we’re so sorry please email us here even though I already have.
Good job to the 2 guys who actually gave me what I paid for on this beautiful Sunday evening May 21, 2023. 640pm. I wanted to tip y’all but I couldn’t get out lol. I always pay the for works and never seem to get any more than a squirt on one side from a water hose. Thanks again! I will be back
The car wash itself is fantastic and the staff is friendly. However, some of the vacuuming stations are falling apart. Several bays for vacuuming out your car have no hoses working, or the attachments are broken off them. Some have no hoses at all, or only one side has a working vacuum hose.
It seems like it’s gone downhill, and I’m not sure if it’s due, like many businesses, to the fallout from the lockdown or what.
Been a member for years. Every location will have consistent issues with parts of the wash not working. Constant broken vacuums. And moody employees because they clearly don’t pay them enough to care.
That being said I canceled my membership 5 months ago. Took many calls and two trips up there to finally get it “done” wrong. I’m still being charged…..
When the wash works it’s “okay”. Missed plenty of spots on the back of the suvs. But major paint damage will be noticeable from these contact washes.
Customer service alone got you the one star. I had to cancel my debit card because they kept charging even after it was “fixed”.
Was gets a 3/5 because the inconsistency and frustrations over the years.
