a month agoGreat car wash and excellent service. I have been coming here weekly, sometimes daily, since they first opened 5ish years ago. You won’t find a cheaper membership for this quality of wash. Guys running/ maintaining the facility are top-notch and usually guide you into the rails.4 months agoWe love this car wash! This business is one of the best self service car washes I’ve been to, I contribute that to the staff! I come most mornings at 7 a.m., I am always greeted with a smile. The vacuums are in good working order and the lot is always clean. Safety and security has never been an issue. The young men who operate this facility are awesome! Staff is constantly present and available to assist. Consider adding Swift Wash to your weekly pit stop, you won’t be disappointed. Friendly/helpful staff, vacuums all work, nice landscaping and the car gets clean. They are always busy for these reasons but with ALDIs being built next door (yeah) it should be even busier. 3 months agoHand washed! Vacuumed by hand, washed by hand then dried by hand… no machines and handled with care. Prices unbelievably reasonable! Small SUV ultimate package with 4 rubber floor mats $35 They will accommodate your vehicle if they can, watched them rearrange the whole vacuum area to fit a crew cab dueliein the last weekThey usually do a good job but I had dried soap all over the front of my car. Don’t think I’ll be going back. It’s different now.4 months agoOne of the most unprofessional experiences I have had with a business in a long time. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. They asked me what I wanted done and what my phone number was and told me to leave my car in the parking lot with the keys inside. I dropped my car off the morning of the appointment at 7:30am. At noon, I receive a call from my husband that Windsor Auto was trying to get ahold of me. Apparently, they “lost” my phone number and found my husband’s phone number in my glove box. They did not proceed with my detailing because I did not call the morning of to tell them what kind of detailing I wanted. I am still baffled. How does one make an appointment and specify what they want and leave a phone number, and the business loses the phone number and the appointment. When I called the business, they were incredibly unprofessional and said it was my fault for not calling. I have used this business in the past but never again. Especially after speaking with the owner, I am taken back by how little professionalism and intelligence these people have. I paid for there ultimate wash and extra to have the interior detailed and i was very disappointed with all of the missed areas. I also waited 45 mins till my vehicle was finished and had to ask the if someone would be available so I can pay. Unfortunately it was not a good experience

I purchase the $25 car wash. Really make on truck shine. All I recommend is wiping it down might a good microfiber cloth after you go through otherwise you end up with a ton of white specs all over. Besides that great place to go.
The vacuums are GREAT! They also offer a pre-wash “do it yourself bug scrub” which is nice (but the brush would scratch paint so stick to windows and headlamps). Where they fall short is on the wash itself. Higher priced (but not the highest in the area) and it still doesn’t work well for modern cars/suv’s with the rear window “wind dam”/over hang. It creates about a 4inch section of the rear window that never gets cleaned. Also pay close attention because twice now I have not gotten the “level” of clean I paid for.
Really bummed out with the service here lately. Been a regular since they first opened, shelling out $40 a month, and it felt like they didn’t value my loyalty when I couldn’t find my sticker and was refused a car wash.
Also, they’re pulling the plug on the vacuums up to an hour early before closing, which isn’t cool for those of us trying to squeeze in a late clean.
If you’re in the same boat, you might want to check out Tommy’s Express down the street. They’re cheaper, open later, and seem to really care about their customers. Hate to say it, but they’ve got a much better vibe. Hoping this place steps it up, because it wasn’t always like this.
My son was charged twice for a $25 car wash. He let them know that same day. They told him a manager would call him to give a refund. Never got a call. I called again and left a voicemail to explain again what happened. Waiting for a response. If it’s refunded, I’ll update the rating.
Question!? How does the wash know who chose what wash. The car next to me pulled off the same time as I did. I feel I didn’t get my $25.00 wash, plus my car wasn’t fully cleaned. I bought that package for a reason. Just curious how it knows, not saying their shady or anything.
