5 months agoI was very dissatisfied with my car wash, first off the water pressure for rinsing was so low it took 3 minutes just to get all the suds off. Then when I used the wax it left my car looking worse then it did when I arrived. Sadly I will drive all the way to brewer to clean off this awful mess. The wand has an angle built in so you can spray under the car. Machine accepts dollars and quarters. I did not try wax or rinse. Lots of lights. The floor was pretty clean, no over dirt lying all over.5 months agoMake sure you have plenty of quarters on hand! There is no change machine outside for when the door is locked! A dollar fifty will get you maybe a minute or two! Also watch out because the hose nozzle keeps falling off! Suction wasn’t very good! I did not enjoy the nasty hair snake that was hanging out either! I think with some touch ups, maybe a bit more servicing and more awareness this place could do well! I wish you luck!6 months agoI’ve tried it twice. Different bay each time. Last time the final wax left a film all over my Mercedes. This time the rinse didnt work to rinae the soap I used a different bay this time as the last time I had that film on the car. So this bay again no rinse and I used the wax to rinse. I have the SAME FILM all over the car I’m currently sitting at a car wash in Newport to wash off the film that I just got all over my car.. Bummer….

3 months agoMy car has gotten stuck on the rollers the last three washes, the second time I had to go through again to get the soap off my car the third time I beeped the horn because I was stuck there and the guy started yelling at me asking me why I was beeping so I told him I was stuck and he said just drive it out which left soap on my car so I drove around and walked in and he proceeded to come in from the bay and raise his voice at me telling me I don’t know how to drive and obviously didn’t have my car in Neutral, which it was obviously since I had gone through the hole wash until the rinse cycle, needles to say I am canceling my membership along with my boyfriend and I will share this with everyone I know! Can’t wait for the new car wash in brewer to open.3 months agoI have been coming to this car wash for the last month since I got my new car. 3 weeks out of the last 4. They have not had either shampoo in the brushes or the credit card machine doesn’t work or the vacuum as of today had no suction whatsoever. I go in to complain again 3 guys standing behind the counter and I’m waiting to hear it’s not my job again because that is what the old man has told me for the last 2 times that hes been there. His job is to just run the car wash not the self serve. First time coming here, looks nice, you can pay with a card in the diy bay. I haven’t seen that at other places I have gone to. It is only $2.00 to start a wash and 30 second for each additional quarter you put in.
The automatic car wash here is one of the ones where you pull in and guys scrub your rims and rinse your car, etc. then you pull into this weird track like thing and put your car into neutral and let it pull you thru. It does a good job but overall I prefer the Dysarts automatic car wash to this one.
I actually quite love this car wash and the pricing and job they do is fair, but I have to leave such a negative review as it’s the only way I could think to get in contact with them. I need to temporarily cancel my washing plan for a few months but when I tried going in multiple times after 4pm (when they are open until 5pm) nobody was there! On top of this they do not have a phone number to contact them. This makes absolutely no sense from a customer service and business standpoint. I’d improve my review if they simply had a contact phone number or even an email they checked daily. I am not in a position to go to them in person so having no contact leaves me completely stuck.
I only chose 1 star in order to leave the review. We took our brand new (2024 Silverado) through their wash in order to get a better clean than a brushless wash. We should have known better. Now we have new scratches to go with our new truck… that is still dirty as well….since they are not liable for body damage or scratches there is nothing we can do but leave a bad review. Had been a customer for a while, but not anymore.
I paid for the one month service for the unlimited washes. And they told me I can only go in once a day. And then they continue to try to bill me several months after when they said that it would only bill if I would go through the next month which I did not.
