I had a car wash done. I wanted my interior done, but they didn’t have any employees to do that. This has been a familiar experience at that location on Bush river. Also, one of my running boards were washed off before I went through the wash and the other one wasn’t and I still had a bunch of sand on the other running board after the wash, the employee’s are not friendly either.

Frank’s car wash on Bush River Rd. Is terrific. Although I hate that they no longer do full service, the drive through service is quick, efficient and easy to use. The young man who helps you get your car in the tracks is so polite, courteous and helpful. He is patient and good natured when I have trouble getting into the tracks and he volunteers to help me get my mirrors in alignment. I’m going to continue this service. By the way, the use of the vacuum is free.

Only vacuum after talking with Brandon. Wasn’t please with wash job at another location. Wanted to go through again to wash outside, still dirty. Show him it was still messy. Brandon ignored most of my statements because he had these ear pods on and was listen to whatever. His manner was boor. So I just vacuum and left. A young lady name Rosa I think was very polite and professional to my concern. She even give me air fresher for my car. She was a good listener and apologize to me and was very courtesy. We need more working person like her. She said she would assist me tomorrow if I come back. I was always happy with service until I meet Brandon-he need a customer service satisfaction.

The guys here did a great job like they always do very happy with vans car wash. Every time we bring our vehicles here they always look spotless. I’ve never had my car still dirty after you came out and tipping the guys like some money to make sure they do a nice job on the vehicle is well worth it, and they happen to be very appreciative especially the guys over here at the Bush River Road store

I’ve been going here for 4 years now and it’s always been a good experience. They now have added cleaning rags if you want to dry off or clean the inside of your car. Free vacuuming whether paying for a wash or not. A good incentive to keep ppl coming back.

As a Level 5 member, I have visited this location twice. HORRIBLE service. Barely any attention given during the “pre-wash” by the workers. Both times, they would rather be on their phones. This location could learn A LOT from the Hwy 1 location about attention to detail and customer service. While the wash was fine at this location, the customer service is well below the $12 an hour that they are being paid! Won’t be back here anytime soon.

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience

Car washing may seem like a simple task, but it is important to take certain safety precautions to protect yourself and your vehicle. Follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and successful car wash:

  • Choose a safe location: Find a level and well-lit area to wash your car. Avoid washing near busy streets or areas with heavy foot traffic.
  • Gather the necessary supplies: Before you start washing, gather all the supplies you will need, including car wash soap, a soft sponge or microfiber cloth, a hose or bucket of water, and a drying towel.
  • Wear appropriate clothing: When washing your car, it is important to wear clothing that can get wet and dirty. Avoid loose clothing or accessories that can get caught in machinery or snag on car parts.
  • Protect yourself from the sun: If you will be washing your car outside, be sure to wear sunscreen and a hat to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Take frequent breaks in the shade to avoid overheating.
  • Use proper lifting techniques: When lifting heavy buckets of water or equipment, remember to use your legs and not your back to prevent strains or injuries.
  • Be mindful of water and electrical connections: Avoid using power washers or hoses near electrical outlets or connections to prevent shocks or electrical malfunctions.
  • Use non-slip mats: Place non-slip mats or rugs on the ground to prevent slipping or falling, especially when the ground is wet or soapy.
  • Watch out for sharp edges: Be cautious around sharp edges on your car, such as antennas or spoilers. Take care not to accidentally scratch yourself or damage the vehicle.
  • Be aware of slippery surfaces: Wet car surfaces can be slippery, so take extra caution when walking around the vehicle or climbing step ladders to reach higher areas.
  • Follow manufacturer’s instructions: Always refer to the owner’s manual or manufacturer’s recommendations when using specific car cleaning products or equipment. Incorrect usage can cause damage to your car.

By following these safety guidelines, you can ensure a hassle-free and accident-free car wash experience. Remember to prioritize your safety and take your time to achieve the best results while protecting both yourself and your vehicle.

  1. Very well organized car wash. The employees are always smiling and helpful. I wash both of my vehicles there. The auto carwash gets your vehicle clean and close to dry, all I need to do is a quick dry and vacuum.
    Keep up the great work.

  2. Went there last night and my husband and I paid $60 for car washes. Vacuums on one side were not even on and on the other side were so clogged we could not properly vacuum they told me to keep moving our vehicles until we got to one that worked and told me no I could not come back and run one of the still dirty vehicles back through on another day. They mentioned that there was no manager there.
My truck was not that dirty and just needed dust and bugs removed which were still there after the wash.
There was no manager onsite when I called the next morning either but spoke with someone who said that they were a team leader and placed me on hold for 7 minutes for some reason. I don’t have time to wait on hold so needless to say, I will not be coming back here and this place needs new management and ownership. They didn’t used to be like this.
    Going to TidalWave now.

  3. Excellent first experience at Time to Shine Car Wash. Staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Wash was thorough (at the time they had a promotion for a free first car wash if you registered on their website!!). Vacuums worked great and are free with any wash. They even provide complimentary window cleaner and microfiber cloths for eliminating those pesky streaks left by the car wash. Overall, very good experience and I highly recommend.

  4. Drove all day from Michigan. I googled best car wash. Man was this wrong. The lady loading cars, i instructed her that there was alot bugs and dirt, she said ok and sent the car no power washing. Sent me through with my 22.00 wash. I get out the other side. Still dirty. Went back to see her she was even more rude, sent me back through with plain wash, so all my 22.00 wax gone. Get through and she comes back over and said she can’t get all the bugs off and isn’t refunding my money and not washing it again. I told her the running boards are still dirty she said she would power wash it off but isn’t re washing. I asked what about all dirt she sprays over my 70k truck. She then says she will rerun for a standard wash. When I pull in she shuts the wash off. A guy starts to power wash. Doesn’t get wheel wells, doesn’t spray the running boards. The whole time I can see the loading lady running her mouth to him about she is not happy. Now the car in the was that’s been sitting there is blowing the horn. I get through the wash and running boards still dirty. I start to clean them off with towels. The lady next to me said that lady is so rude and she wasn’t coming back. The loading lady comes out to gather towels and sees I am hand cleaning the dirt off my running boards after driving 800 miles for 13 hours. I ask her for managers number or email and she said look on website. Worst service for me to bring my 70k truck to. To top off all the icing on this cake. I get two miles down the road starts raining. I felt humiliated and degraded that this lady didn’t care about my truck, about the service she was giving. She did not address it the second or third time and I had to do it myself in the 90 degree heat. Worst service anywhere!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

  5. I stopped by this past weekend and purchased a $27 single wash. A bit pricey, but with everything mentioned (wash, wax, ceramic coating, dry, vacuums, cloths, air hoses) I told my self it was worth it. We used to travel this way a lot with our other vehicle and previously had a monthly membership. I was going to re-enroll but this experience brought that idea to screeching halt.

The vehicle in front of us was a larger, lifted Toyota SUV with a large metal cargo basket on top. The top roller brush bounced off of it while that vehicle was going through and never came down to touch my vehicle. It came back down for the next car.

After going through the wash I pulled to the vacuums and discovered not only was the top of my vehicle not touched the sides were missed in multiple spots and the grill was still dirty as well. I reported it to the attendants and they offered a re-wash once they fixed the payment and entry control system. Estimated wait time 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes we had to leave for an appointment.

    Unfortunate experience. Won’t be back.
