2 weeks agoThe service is Nothing like it once was. They no longer scrub the bugs off your car and if by some chance they do..why Would they only scrub off the driver’s side. Yes, I am aware of the products provided. The club doesn’t seem worthwhile when there’s issues with the machines. You then miss many days of service without any additional days added. I have made an attempt to cancel without any luck.2 months agoThis place needs a complete makeover! Lots of broken or barely working equipment. It was much better before the new owners took over. The machines to choose your wash and pay don’t work. They ask you what you want when you pull into the wash entrance and then take your card away. No menu to choose from or prices shown! For the price I paid, I expected a much better wash. Lots of dirt still left. The drying process is extremely poor. They give you towels to dry it yourself. The mat scrubber doesn’t work. The bottles of product aren’t labeled so you don’t know what you are spraying. The vacuums barely work so you have to really work hard to get anything up. What’s the point of going to a car wash if I’m going to have to do that much work? I won’t go back.3 weeks agoGreat people. Car wash idoes dang good job on my van, wagon. Sports cars. Jacques runs top operation. Vacuums always are fully functional NOT clogged and draw powerfully. The premises always clean, orderly and welcoming. Always open when we need them!3 months ago(Tire shine is lame. Really lame. Bring your own.) This is a revision. 6/9/23. I gotta say this place has gotten better with the name change. All the little blinks lights are working, the sensor that recognizes your car actually does, and they have window cleaner, interior conditioner and microfiber towels available. I intended to drop this monthly charge out of my budget, but I have been enjoying going by weekly to stay on top of cleaning my car instead of waiting for it to get filthy then spending an entire afternoon detailing. If they keep their obligations, then I’ll keep paying monthly. Good job!4 months agoTerrible business and management. This car wash caused structural damage to my vehicle. I was stuck in the wash for over three minutes because the brush got stuck on my vehicle’s antenna and pulled me off the track. I was blowing my horn the entire time I was stuck. Then they continued to send vehicles in behind me causing the vehicle to rear end me and push me forward ripping off my antenna causing structural damage underneath my door and side panel. They refused to do anything about this saying it was my fault since I put my car in drive and drove out of the wash. I only did this because the attendant instructed me to. This was also after the other car rear ended me and started pushing me forward. They also refused to refund me for the incomplete service I paid for. This place should not be operational as I have heard similar stories from other people that have visited this car wash location.

a month agoExcellent experience. Got the unlimited car washes and have been 3 times so far. Had a few problems figuring out some of the settings on my car as it was new. They were so helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions. The interior and exterior supplies ( towels and cleaning products were well supplied and easy to access. !2 months agoMy 2012 Ford Explorer got stuck in the drying process inside the car wash itself. While I was stuck the strong winds from the drier pried loose a piece of molding from my windshield and ripped it off. I then put my SUV in drive to exit the car wash because the automated track was not allowing me to exit the wash, so I had to drive out on my own. After retrieving the piece of molding from inside the car wash, I then approached an employee who directed me to the manager of the establishment, Mr. Alex Stringer. Mr. Stringer then began to ask me for information beyond the basic contact information to adequately make an attempt to repair my vehicle. After I refused to give him this information, he then went and locked himself in his office and basically told me to take a hike and to call cooperate. I then asked him for the number to corporate, to which he replied (from behind the locked door) to look it up online. I have since called corporate, gotten no response, while my car is still damaged and not repaired. I can only hope that this damage doesn’t happen to anyone else.a month agoWe live in a Condo without garage so our Lexus is outside in the weather. I love this car wash. I had a great experience; the wash cleaned my car great & the site itself was clean as well! The manager is very kind & takes pride in this site. Highly recommend!2 months agoI stopped by this car wash to get a much needed wash today. The outside wash was alright. It did leave some marks on my vehicle that wiped right up with the drying towel they provide. The vacuums is what really let me down. They don’t have any crevice tool vacuums. They are all wide tool. It also doesn’t have the power it needs to get everything up. I hope they can update some things and make it a great place to go.

4 Stars! Love my car wash Use it several times aweek as I drive 500 miles a week. Great people, and so glad I have my membership. Now offer me a person to vacuum out my car like the old days and I give y’all 5 stars.
I have never gotten a decent car wash here. I have only maintained my membership because there was a convenient location (and because they make it painfully difficult to cancel memberships). The location that WAS convenient has been been closed for months. When I attempted to get a wash at another location this week I was informed that I had not renewed my membership, which is a lie because it is automatically billed to my credit card every month, including the months in which it has been closed. I was unable to obtain a wash at the location I went to this week, so a true satisfaction rating would be LESS THAN ZERO!
I regularly used this location when it was a GooGoo Car Wash, and was always pleased. Once it changed ownership and/or name, half the washing apparatus inside was removed! Then, in early July, the man standing at the pay-point convinced me to buy the 1-month unlimited package. It was a good deal, so of course I agreed. Within 1 week of buying this unlimited month, the place was closed down for renovations. I appreciate the need to improve your business, and look forward to trying the new and improved wash, but what a crook to be selling one month of service knowing you’re going to close within days!!
I like this car wash, always have a good experience, the place is nicr as the workers. The best I like is their promotion, I can get to wash my car as many times I wants for a minimum payment.
Equipment is new since the change in company, and I was stuck in the wash area for a minute or two before they got it started back. Also, I noticed the tire shine mostly missed the mark. Hopefully they will work out the kinks. Employees had a good attitude and that helps.
