a month agoSo on a recommendation I decided to try this car wash. Honestly there was nothing terrific about it unfortunately! This was a basic overpriced interior wash! They didn’t even wipe down the dust on my dashboard or the cup holders. The side windows were not even cleaned properly. The exterior was acceptable. It’s very disappointing honestly because I heard good things. The lady who checked me out said, “ oh your car will definitely be clean” but they failed to deliver. I just left disappointed and I’ll just do it myself. Save your $35 you can get a better quality experience elsewhere or just stick to an exterior wash. I’ll stick to Carnation in the future, for $5 more they do a great job and even vacuum your trunk out for you.in the last weekAs someone whose parents agree on nothing, when they both recommended Tommy Terrific – I knew I had to try it. The team there is great! They hand washed my car a few times in the last few months. It looked good as new! And! I love that I can drink my wine while taking care of errands!3 months agoI just purchased this brand new car and am treating it as if it were my child. I was looking into touchless car washes but ran into reviews for this place saying they make sure everything is to manufacturer’s approval machines and that people were willing to convert here rather than go touchless for a better clean. This being my first time going to this car wash, halfway in I hear a clang. Not thinking much about it I made it home only to find out their “manufacturer approved” wash had dented my brand new car. They even had a video of me going in with no damage. With me living extremely close and no possible way to even have an impact within the 10 minutes aren’t willing to take responsibility. “If it happened to yours it would happen to everyone’s vehicle” is a lame excuse especially since it’s an impact hit rather than a scuff. Something shot out and hit my vehicle in that tunnel… Though this place his highly rated if anything happens to your car the management aren’t willing to take responsibility of it. Keep that in mind, for me I’m taking my business elsewhere and bringing this hard lesson to inspect every inch of my car before leaving any car wash.5 months agoI’d give them a zero if I could. I paid $150 for a mini detail plus some additional items including a wax job. I’m not sure how they manage to wax my car and still left all the bug and road tar on the lower panels of my Mercedes. In addition they broke the map pockets on the back of both my seats and refuse to take responsibility for it, saying I brought it in and that condition, which, of course is absolutely untrue . My car has 40,000 miles and has been hampered from day one . Don’t make the mistake I did, If you dare to take your vehicle in for service, be sure and photograph every square inch of your car before your hand them the keys.4 months agoQuick, affordable, and they did an AMAZING detail job on my car!If you take pride in your vehicle, trust Tommy’s. 5 months agoAbsolutely horrible car wash (would give them 0 stars if allowed….)This used to be a great car wash until it has changed owners so many times. Paid for the $16 wash, back of SUV was still filthy, included in the wash was tire bright/shine and the tires with the shine were in a couple spots (not the whole tire) and others had nothing. a week agoDaniel was awesome! This place is definitely my go-to car wash for inside and outside cleaning. Every time I leave I feel like a brand new person for 2.5 secs until my 3 years old gets in the back seat. Luckily, Daniel got me onboard with their promotion they’re having.a week agoWow! These guys are great. My car was super dirty & they hooked me up. Lots of bugs on the front & road dirt mixed with rain sprinkles on the back. Brando Orellano personally made sure they brushed all the front-facing surfaces as well as the entire back of the car before sending me through the car wash. In the end, it looked brand new.I’ve used this car wash for years, but today’s experience was special. Such a value for a great result!
a month agoGreat place, Awesome employees. Megan helped me out with the membership! I definitely recommend this car wash. Some days the wash doesn’t work, but not every car wash is perfect and has its days, even on those days these guys hold it together and provide great customer service.

Update: If I express my dissatisfaction on a service provided, I want to make sure I’m just as quick to share if the company makes it right. I’m pleased to report that they have. The General Manager called me and apologized and asked me to come back through again. It’s this type of response that can earn one’s business back.
STAY AWAY! I took my Jeep through for wash and tire shine. Came home and dirt still all over the Jeep. I took it back to have it run through again and the manager said no. I was shocked. I showed him how it was still dirty and was disappointed that they wouldn’t honor their work. Will find another place.
Reviews don’t lie!!! Best 11 dollars spent on a car wash. Super amazing. Went in the morning and no line at all. Staff was friendly and machine was easy to deal with too.
Vacuums after the wash are nice and free. The wash itself didn’t really clean my car. I feel like most car washes don’t do a good job of cleaning, but they “wow” you with the color and smell of the soap/wax. Probably best going to the manual one and do it myself.
All what we asking for to have equal service with other locations here everything bad even worse except the people’s working there honestly they’re perfect but the company doesn’t provide them and equipment to provide us a good service??
No vacuum most of the time, no mat cleaner at all time! I have three cars with d membership paying $60 a month but we don’t find the things we are looking for, why the other locations like Irving location they provide an excellent service?? Dose the people pay more what we pay or what?? Please fix this location and provide us a good service like everywhere or refund us our money over 2 years so we can find better car wash. Again our problems not with the employees they’re respect full! Our problems with the company doesn’t provide the equipment
Good place to wash my Yukon XL past years. Staff are eager to help. Plenty of space to Vacuum, Good Nozzle sprayer for interior cleaning, clean damp towels provided to wipe down excess water, and floor mat machine (No Rubber or Plastic one, only fabric mat). I use only 1 (ONE, UNO) towel to wipe down excess water, than the interior as needed. Cheers.
