4 months agoThis has to be the best car wash I’ve ever been to. They treat you so incredibly well, I was nervous to go here because I only do touch-free washes to prevent scratches and whatnot but the owner assured me I’d have no issues, in fact he was so confident that he gave me a free car wash. And he was right, it looks so good and it’s probably the only touch wash I trust. Not only do they use premium quality products, after you go through the dryer they’ll dry your car BY HAND!!! So incredible, service is top notch. This is the next best thing to hand washing your own car. Highly recommend.4 years agoThis is by far is the best car washes I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The staff here are extremely friendly and offered and went away above and beyond to help me out. This is a fantastic place to bring your rentals or family cars to get them serviced and they return it clean as can be. They did a fantastic job it was quite unbelievable and experience was well worth it. They even have a ice cream dispenser, free popcorn, free water, and a amazing lounge that even accommodates for families. My highest recommendation2 weeks agoI just love this place. a month agoEvery time I use this service I’m greeted with multiple friendly staff members, smiling and waving. Literally every time. No fault of their own but I accidentally left one of my mats behind. I have been trying to call to see if it’s still on site, however nobody has answered any of the numerous calls I’ve made over the course of about two hours. Surely they’re too busy providing great in person experiences to others. Hopefully my mat is still there when I can make it back down in person.3 months agoDidn’t have any issues as others suggested. I’m an unlimited member and I went early (8am) but it was average busy & I spent about 40 minutes vacuuming my toddler & 2 large dogs trashed car. Had to get rid of an embarrassing amount of trash, too. No one said anything to me about it being a problem. Staff was super helpful and spent some extra time getting bugs off my car from a recent road trip. Honestly this is the best mister car wash I’ve been to. There is a self service car wash across the street that is (generally) overflowing with trash & I’ve seen items left there. It’s also pretty standard for a business to offer free vacuums WITH a wash. Not sure if this is the case for this franchise, just surprised by the number of people on here that were upset by that policy.in the last weekWent through today and the carwash took paint off of my car 🙁 My car is old (circa 1997) but this has never happened at the other place I go. Maybe don’t take your older car through here the brushes are harsh.4 months agoI have the monthly membership for the top wash. I have to say they seem to be lacking lately. The cleaner seems to be different, they dont do the manual brush cleaning in the front or back and sometimes my car still looks dirty. It might be time to head down the road.9 months agoGot the “premium interior and exterior ” looks like the barley wiped it with a dirty rag. Wow. Completely disappointed. Never be back.

Looks like they didn’t even vacuum seats or wipe down the interior. Disappointed with the attention to detail at this location.
It was a long wait, all for my truck not to get washed right… The blower didn’t dry my truck…. they said they didnt know why it wasn’t working and the guy that dries the truck mirrors didn’t do his job! In fact he told us to keep going….wow it was horrible customer service and we paid for the 20.00 platinum wash! 🙄 and thier employees that detailed other customers cars cut in front of your service. Like they can’t wait…. wow if looks could kill.i wouldn’t be writing this review. 😳 well after 30 minutes they did dry my truck after washing it. again…. . So my 1star review goes to 3 stars… it was a long wait but my truck is clean!
Really had very bad experience with customer policy at this location. I am a unlimited Car wash member from very long time who pays 35$ each month. At the time of the purchase of Unlimited option Customer representative at different location has informed me that I will be having a one time free interior cleaning included as part of the promotion which I can be used anywhere at anytime. Today I visited this location where I heard that there is a option of Interior cleaning. Customer representative at this location Mentioned that I need to pay other 10$ if interior need to get cleaned. I also said that As part of promotion I have an option of using it But, Customer representative mentioned that I need to pay other 10 $ to get this done today. ” I canceled My membership today at this same location. NO MORE MISTER CAR WASH (I totally dissatisfied with the service representatives and policies at this location). Customer representative was asking me the name of the person who said( Who said this is part of a promotion) – This is the way they deal with the customers if some ask for their plan included in the policy. It’s not about the money But, When plan is included something they need to deliver in the right way. But, here they are asking for additional money which I already have as an option for one time.
Pretty disappointed by the interior detailing and vacuuming. They did not touch my back seat, picture taken after service. I had to vacuum and wash my floor mats when I returned home. Not worth the $42 IMO.
I will never use this outfit again. They never vacuumed under the seats, they never lifted the seats in the backseat, and the seats are absolutely filthy, they never vacuumed. They vacuumed out the back of the car and the front. For nearly $40 I expect a lot more. I will never use this business again. I should not have to supervise people vacuuming out my car. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that to clean a car you lift up the seats into their upright position and clean the whole thing. If I had the time to bring it back and have it re-done in person, I would. Shame on you, and I will never use this business again.
