3 weeks agoI got the full $25 wash/wax. I park under a Crepe Myrtle at home, and it left flower buds stuck to my car after a storm. The flower mess was gone but it did not get the dirt off of the hood. There was still some water drops on the dirty part, so I wiped it with my finger, and the dirt came right off easily. But still, I paid $25 and left with a dirt streak down each side of my hood. I’ll give them 2 stars because they do use a lot of soap and pretty colored lights. The sides looked good. You must try it out!6 months agoI had a monthly membership with this company. Two weeks ago, their machine damaged my wheel cover. I filed the necessary claim and I was just informed that Swifty Car Wash will not be taking responsibility for my damage. This is really sad considering how obvious it is that the damage came from their machine. As a business owner myself, I would rather pay $60 to replace a wheel cover, than loose a customer who pays $26 a month for a membership. I guess we do different math. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership and will not be using this company again.4 months agoThe employees there were great. Both team members assisted me with different things. Both are friendly & helpful! The parking lot was clean. They offer glass cleaner, thick cloth paper towels, free vacuums, and free mat cleaning. I’ll be back!2 weeks agoYou can not canx your membership. I postponed my payment until 2028, and they stopped billing for 2 months. Now, they are billing again every month and every day. I locked my card. I have tried the website, and you have to search really hard to find where to get to your account. They can not and are not allowed to help on-site, but they sure did sign me up real fast and easy. Shameful business practices!

Go see Neimah!3 months agoWhy was one side of vacuums closed when they do not function properly enough to short us out like that? They weren’t close enough to closing. We’re playing musical chairs with vacuums and everybody was struggling. Meanwhile, two Hispanic looking guys are at the gates on their phones. Didn’t even glance up. They had more than enough time and energy to unclog some of these vacuums. Terrible display today, guys. I did, however, appreciate the black guy with the locs who put me through the wash. I’ve been a member since Hometown & each ownership change the quality goes too. Top of vehicle drying rag stays broken and side brushes barely touch your vehicle if at all since Take 5 took over.
