First things first, the cleaning service was pretty good and I was happy with the service. The guys who vacuumed the inside of my car did a good job. I would’ve rated them 4/4.5 stars basis the quality of service but am giving a 2 star rating solely for the extremely bad attitude of their employee Christian. The guy seems to have serious self-esteem issues which he channels on customers. He kept yelling instructions over the sound of the jets which I couldn’t understand considering my window was up. He then knocks on my window to tell me that he might be a menial worker but I need to follow his instructions. I tried telling the guy that he’s barely audible above all the din but he just wants to talk and not listen. It seemed like he was really frustrated with his job and wants to take it out on paying customers. He was unwilling to listen and just kept saying ‘ Thank you, we don’t need to talk’. This was strange considering he initiated the conversation. I was considering a monthly subscription but will likely not do so after this experience. I’d like to give him the benefit of doubt and assume he doesn’t hold any specific bias but it was a horror show to deal with the guy. I told him he’d be better off listening once in a while rather than constantly talking but I guess it fell on deaf ears. A pity really that a convenient location which is a stone’s throw away for me can’t be patronized because of 1 employee’s pathetic attitude and behavior.

Car wash is ok. For bird poop, tree sap or grime on hub caps it’s not effective. For most dirt and grime it does the job but it does not achieve the same deep clean as washing a car by hand. Simple and quick service despite its short comings I plan on returning.

A little rushed… but a great vac once the guys got to my car —–‐————-

To clarify, based on vendor response, I felt rushed by the staff while I was trying to read the screen and figure out price/service options, since it was my first visit… then sat while they vacuumed the car in front of me, which was irritating since I’d been rushed through the selection process .

My car had multiple scratches after getting a car wash. It may be a faulty machine or something else but regardless I’m not going back to this carwash.

The cash wash is ok, but the self serve vacuum machines are the worst. They never have enough suction even to clean feathers. Has been like this for years.

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US

The clearance of most car washes is typically around 7 feet. This means that vehicles that are taller than 7 feet may not be able to fit through the car wash tunnel and may need to seek an alternative method of cleaning. It is important for drivers of taller vehicles, such as SUVs, vans, and trucks, to be aware of the clearance before attempting to enter a car wash to avoid damaging their vehicle.

Here are some key points about car wash clearance:

  • The standard clearance for most automatic car washes is around 7 feet.
  • This clearance is designed to accommodate the majority of passenger vehicles, including sedans, hatchbacks, and some SUVs.
  • Taller vehicles, such as trucks, vans, and some SUVs, may not fit through the car wash tunnel if they exceed the clearance height.
  • It is recommended to check the clearance height of a car wash before entering if you have a taller vehicle.
  • Some car washes offer alternative options for taller vehicles, such as hand washing or manual pressure washing.
  • Entering a car wash with a vehicle that is too tall for the clearance can result in damage to the vehicle or the car wash equipment.
  • Many car washes have signage or staff members available to assist with determining if a vehicle can safely enter the wash tunnel.

If you are unsure about the clearance of a specific car wash, it is always best to check with the facility before attempting to enter. This will help avoid any potential damage and ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process for your vehicle.

How much does it cost to wash your car in the USA?

Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:

  • Type of car wash: The type of car wash you choose will have a big impact on the cost. Automatic car washes are typically less expensive than touchless car washes, and full-service car washes are the most expensive.
  • Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
  • Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
  • Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.

Here is a table of some average car wash prices in the USA:

Type of car wash Average price
Basic automatic car wash $10 – $20
Touchless car wash $15 – $30
Full-service car wash $20 – $50

It is important to note that these are just average prices, and the actual cost of a car wash may vary depending on the factors listed above.

Here are some tips for saving money on car washes:

  • Wash your car yourself: This is the most cost-effective way to clean your car.
  • Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
  • Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
  • Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.

  1. Read some of the other (negative) reviews. We had a fine experience. No problems, the car came out clean with a Deluxe wash. The vacuums have very strong suction.

  2. One car wash with multiple self vacuuming points. No wait, you can directly enter the wash area with a maximum of one or two cars ahead of you. Waxing facility is also available. One can become a member which allows you multiple washes.

  3. Excellent automatic car was. Free unlimited use of vacuums for interior cleaning is a big bonus.

  4. Wow! Don’t waste your time or money. Basic wash didn’t remotely get my (marginally dirty) SUV clean, but managed to leave brush marks everywhere and spray the tire-wet goo all over the sides. No one around to even talk to about it. Can’t believe anyone would go here more than once.

  5. I’ve been to this car wash location a few times so I won’t give 1 star as it is conveniently located. On the other hand, this wash will require multiple run throughs to provide a bare minimum clean though I have not noticed any scratches overall. The issue with how this location is designed and run stems from the lack of direction for customers, and consideration for others when those directions are not followed. I am leaving this review to inform others to act with caution. When I attempted to use this wash today I experienced an issue where another car in front of me slammed on their breaks while being on the automated tracks inside the wash. Since I had already entered the wash at this point, the tracks kept moving my car forward and ran my car into the car in front of me. I requested the manager and was told this happens frequently and was due to the person in front of me hitting their breaks. Though this is a frequent occurrence, I was told that they are not liable for any damages, nor is it there responsibility to stop the offending car and driver from leaving after the accident took place. Since they do not have cameras in the tunnel I’m out of luck and they are unwilling to help. Use at your own risk, won’t be back.
