a month agoI went there and purchased the best wash, after going through, bugs were still all over my windshield. I drove around, tried to call but nobody answered, but I blew my horn a few times and someone came out, said would take care of it and run me there again. Still same result, I tried to call again as I was running late for an appointment so I didn’t have time to go back. I took the pictures when I got to Lowes. I don’t live in Etown so it’s a 45 minute drive away, so hopefully they will read this review and possibly post a number that someone will answer. My truck is brand new with only 10k miles on it, so maybe a little more “attention to detail” would go a long way!a month agoFresh out of the wash, and after the young lady applied their new version of bug prewash. Really wish they would go back to the self prewash that was available when it was Jim & Jerry’s, they don’t do anything to remove bugs and they are bad in this area during the summer. They also stopped applying prewash to windshields now and the rotating dryer at the end no longer works.a week agoGood car wash. Wish they would use pressure hose in wheel wells to get mud off. I’m sure plenty of clients work where I do and need mud removal. Ran car through 3 times and still mud in wheel wells.a week agoI need everyone to know how great this place is. You get the free vacuums with the wash and there levels but the basic wash was great too! But I REALLY want to say how impressed I was with the attitude, kindness, and customer service of ***an employee named Kaylee*** (I’m SO sorry if I spelled it wrong! I just realized I did not ask her how to spell her name!!) She made my day after a streak of bad days for me and sometimes that’s all you need to restore your smile and keep going! There are two types of people …those that reach out and care about others and those who only care about themselves. She certainly cares about others! a month agoI just asked for an estimate to have my 2007 Hyundai detail, including the engine compartment. I was told, quite curtly, they did not work on cars that old. And yet, on their Facebook page they picture OLD cars. That’s okay. I will remember this treatment. I found I very nice man in town who will work on my car.6 years agoThey did a great job on my 4runner and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the detail facility. I attached a photo of their new detail shop expansion. I was informed that I could have a photo shoot session of my car inside their photo booth – a selfie of my car?! How cool!. They were also cleaning a classic car while I was there. Maybe from the Swope Vintage Car Collection?3 months agoThey made my 5 year old commuter look like it was brand new. Incredible!a year agoI was going to schedule job interview, my application was falsely rejected and one man in the office was very mean very rude and very disrespectful for his behavior and he should be fired immediately and he being yelling at me for no reason and as I left, he told me to say good luck in a mean way for his behavior, he should be fired immediately or will be prosecute for his behavior. Do better! I would not recommend not to apply auto detailing position due to his inappropriate behavior. That a 0/5 star review.3 years agoFirst time, just arrived to area, local dealership recommended them. Very friendly and appearance of completed vehicles on the lot was impressive. Got my wife’s Equinox done, looks great. Then I found 3 small white spots on right front of vehicle. Sun baked wax they missed, I thought not a big deal, rubbed one off with my finger nail, the other two wouldn’t come off. I asked if one of her folks could get the spots off and was told they didn’t want to take the chance of scrapping off paint. Everything was fine until this point. Now I’m leery about the dealership that recommended them to me. My wife is gonna purchase a 2020 Compass Trailhawk….not sure now. I will not be going back with my Cherokee Trailhawk now. I had to wait a couple days to write a review. Very disappointed.

I have been a customer here for a long time in my household we have 3 accounts at this particular establishment we have always been treated with great respect courtesy and honesty from all the employees, All the employees and management are clean Well dressed and And speak politely and properly. I stopped in today my wheels were covered and gravel muck and light mud the attendant Anthony extended exceptional courtesy to me by hitting all 4 of my Van’s wheels with the water hose to make sure that I got the The best Professional automated car wash experience I could have asked for. This establishment has a wonderful location and has great hours of operation and has a super polite and friendly staff of well experienced technicians. Anytime they hire a new member of management That new management staff member has always introduced themself.I have never been lit down on a trip to this establishment. They could not have paid me to have left them a better review. If I could give them more stars or a higher rating I would.

I have 3 vehicles on the monthly plan and find myself washing 4 cars regularly. There is typically alot of employee turnover at car wash businesses. This one has experienced this, though there is an order gentleman (Doug) that has been there a while and seems to always be there when I come around. He does a great job and always hustling around. Today there was a younger guy (Ryan) with Doug. It was a Sunday and busier than usual. They were doing great together, please recognize these two guys. Best team ever. Doug outworks all the younger people, except maybe Ryan.
Wash was good, everything in the wash tunnel working great, self serve detail towels, and washing liquids stocked available. Nice look today. 5 star……
Doug was very very very kind to me. I’m a college student and when I went in just to vacuum my car and saw i had to pay $10 for a wash, he kindly let me back out and just use the vacuums. He then came over to me and gave me 3 air fresheners for my car and told me he would give me a free $25 wash once I was done vacuuming. We talked about college and his granddaughters a little bit too. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure around him. He even pointed out that it pays nothing to be nice and we need more kindness in our world ❤️ I 10/10 recommend Doug. He’s the sweetest human.
The facility is good but the business hours are not.
The Hardin County area is a military community and our day starts early. Most people are traveling to work in the morning around 7:00am and returning home around 6:00pm. This car wash under previous ownership was open in the morning at 7:00am.
The kiosk at several of the locations very rarely works. It normally takes one of the employees to come out and stand by the entrance to assist.
The self service area is great. There are clean rags and products to detail your car.
The vacuums are are plentiful and has great suction.
The service work seamlessly, and efficiently. From the time you show up, your identification is scanned, your waved to go through, your car is cleaned thoroughly to the detail of which you have chosen, you can pull out and keep on your way! Awesome every time!
