Noah not only gave me advice on how to clean it, but he grabbed solution and a scrub and got the tar completely off of my entire vechile. This was something he did on his own out of empathy. Absolute best customer service and I truly felt cared for. Not to mention it was 15 mins before closing! Thank you Noah! I’m so grateful!

4 months agoI use this car wash every week as it’s right by my work and priced well for the services. However last time I used it my passenger mirror was ripped from the holder and shattered inside the wash. The worker went in and got it and I filed a report and left messages a week later and no one will respond to mea year agoI’ve been here a hand full of times & haven’t had an issue until today. I only got my Suv washed this time. I came straight home & once I got out of my car I noticed scratches & chips on my car. My suv being black it’s easy to see any imperfections. My suv is garage kept & only used occasionally as I have a work car I use as well. So my car looks brand new – plus it’s only 2 years old. I called to report the issue & haven’t heard back. I doubt they take ownership though. As you can see from the photos the wash didn’t even clean my car well. I was Left with water spots, dirt & dead love bugs still on my car. You can even see the brush marks from the car wash. I definitely will never go to this car wash ever again. Be careful if you care about your vehicle.4 months agoI really appreciate the professionalism from the crew at Rich’s in Spanish Fort. I bring in my truck regularly for a wash, and have always been treated so well by the staff. My vehicle always comes out clean, and the wash tunnel, restroom, and property is always clean and maintained. I highly recommend the club membership because you can use it once a day every day if you’d like, and it will save so much money in the long run, plus, you’ll have a constantly clean vehicle. My hats off to the Spanish Fort Rich’s crew!4 months agoUnprofessional Manager & Inconsistent with “policy” one day you are welcomed and asked to sign up for monthly wash program and the next visit was told that vehicle with aftermarket accessories are “against the policy” however the police car with aftermarket accessories in line next to me was welcomed. Still have previous receipt in cup holder from the first wash. Unprofessional & Frustrating.7 months agoLove the Monday discounts! Convenient, helpful & friendly staff, rarely a wait. They have a self prewash station if you choose, and plenty of self vacuum stations post wash. I go often & it’s an easy in and out.

This wash is a scam! Do not use your card to sign up! They will hold your information and charge your cards how they please multiple times a month and when you ask for a refund they say they will cancel your membership only! I hate when corporations take advantage of people card information and money! If you are smart you will NEVER sign up for a wash memberships here. Ultimate Wash has never scammed me, I advise people to use them or anyone but Rich’s. They are a SCAM!!! I have my bank statements as proof of duplicate and double charges that no one cares to explain or refund. I am seeking legal action against them! Buyers, You have been warned!
I originally put 5 star since I have been going there for a long time. Today May 14th 2023 around 4:00pm, we went through car wash as usual, as I was going through I was thinking car in front me was NEVER this close to me. (About a less foot apart) and at the end when the truck in front of me was waiting for the green light to come on, the truck was rolled back a bit and I thought it would hit the front of my car!! We hit the horn and actually put a brake on our car as we didn’t want to keep moving towards the truck. I have no idea why I was put that much closer to the vehicle in front of me but I would have been really upset if our vehicle hit each other because of the carelessness.
Again this had NEVER happened before I want to make sure this will never happen again. Not a good experience on Mother’s Day.
Very fair prices, clean, friendly staff, easy to maneuver and the vacuums have strong suction!! Will be my regular place to go.
Car wash did a decent job when they first opened. Since then, they’ve turned up the speed of the machine that pulls you through to about twice what it originally was. Now it puts you through so fast, the cleaning is sub-par and it hardly even has time to rinse off the soap.
I had a 5 star experience at this car wash. When I went through on a $4 Monday, my button on my door handle was broken by the machine. Within 2 weeks Jason was able to order a new handle and set me up to get it replaced. The employees at the car wash displayed amazing customer service from the start. They helped me fill out a form about the damage and then it was not long at all before I was contacted by Jason who then took it from there in getting the replacement. I’ll continue to use their car wash because of how they handled this process. These things happen when using automatic car washes. If you use this car wash, you need not have anxiety of something hurting your car because even if it does, Rich’s will take care of you.
