2 months agoDenver and Dallas of Superior Detail and Mobile Services put 10 hours of sweat equity into my baby…. paint correction, interior and exterior detailing, and ceramic coating. I will go back in 2 weeks for inspection of the ceramic coating and touch ups! Highly recommend for quality work and customer service!7 months agoDenver and his crew did an amazing job. My car was dirty and grimy, but they made it look brand new! We drove it to a dealer to sell outright, and they offered us top dollar! What we paid for the detailing, we got back in the offer. After a conversation they charged me additional for pet hair which is understandable but was not listed anywhere on the website. My car had no hair in the back and was generally wiped down already so the only deep cleaning needed was in the front. I don’t believe they did everything that was listed under the package, yet my car was there for 5/6 hours. The guys there are great and fun to talk with, but getting back and really taking a look I am pretty upset over the results. Carpets look good, but looks like they half wiped everything else down and didn’t really clean my seats well, had to ask for them to go over a spot when I was looking it over (the spot I specifically went in for). Not worth the hundreds of dollars spent.4 months agoDenver and his crew did an amazing job. The inside of my vehicle had multiple coffee stains, dirt, and pet hair. They were able to remove all the stains, dirt, and pet hair beyond my satisfaction. Denver was also very transparent and communicative throughout the process. Used to be good but has become a poor option for getting a vehicle clean.
Soap often stays on after having gone through the wash.
Doesn’t clean more than a regular rinse with a garden hose.
Close randomly under guise of weather or for whatever reason they can come up with.
They make it hard to cancel. Won’t let you cancel on-site. They tell you to call a number for that (but they’re so happy to take your money on-site when you start a membership).
Rude management and rude customer service agents at their call center, if you ever get through to them.
It’s a little pricey for the higher levels, but my vehicle looks wonderful! You can choose what level of car wash you want to pay for.
They do not rinse your car off anymore, the rear if the suvs are always still dirty after they ho thru wash. The Carbondale one is the pits. The one on Marion is alot better.
My understanding no matter what wash you get on Carbondale, they still wong rinse you off.
good car wash just do not get tire treatment, went back next day because it did nothing and then second time made no difference so not worth this as an add on. the supplies available outside by vacuum is really wonderful, we do not have this locally
Are you going to start compensating the customer when paying for full service and you’re not getting it the rollers on the end of the line I’ve been down for months so I don’t need to drive the hood the top of your car but not the sides but thank you customer should be compensated for it
