a month agoI take my vehicle through car washes frequently without issue. In the two times that I’ve been through this car wash I left with scratches and my trunk molding completely ripped off of the car. Management said they wouldn’t pay for the damage due to their machines not malfunctioning. Which is fine for small scratches but not for whole pieces of the car being torn off. Unacceptable. The company should at least make it a little easier to understand the damage policy. I searched online and found nothing relating to how they cover customer damage claims. Management should review their policies and make it a little bit easier for customers to find. I don’t recommend this wash for anyone at all. Especially new vehicle’s because you’re going to leave with scratches. I can imagine y’all don’t like the negative publicity so maybe after I join the many people who leave bad reviews regarding damage, you guys can figure it out.2 months agoI love it here. They have complementary towels and glass cleaner provided, as well as a machine that specifically washes floor mats. The prices for the car wash are well priced and are competitive and better than car washes near it.3 months agoThis was probably the most fun I’ve ever had cleaning my car. It is pricey but then you also get free vacuuming, place to ditch your car trash, and towels and glass spray for windows. Very convenient.in the last weekFirst time there. Nice. Free vacuum in a like private area stalls. And wash. A bit pricey but does a great job!!!5 months agoHigh-end car wash down the street from Edwardsville and Metro East Lutheran high schools. Offers incredible variety of wash services. Washes have recently gone up in price, so a good idea is to buy packs, so you can get five washes for the price of four, for example. You can also join an unlimited wash club, but you would have to really love your car to get your money’s worth.😉

3 weeks agoI used the Glen Carbon, Illinois facility. Alicia and the staff maintain the exterior very nicely. The issues I have are about the brushes inside. Only about one half of them rotate. The price has increased 150% since I became a member, but the quality of the service has decreased significantly.a month agoI had a wonderful experience my first time. I was given a punch card to return later after 5 visits maybe I get a free wash. Today I check my bank account I see a charge $35 without an explanation. Im calling now for a refund. No one is available2 months agoMaybe some people have had better luck than I have, but I have a membership and too many times when I go there, it’s down. Either there’s a mechanical issue, or are upgrading something. Last week a woman drove up to the pay booth and spoke to the manager for 10 minutes. There were 5 cars lined up behind me. I finally go through, go to clean the inside of my car and there are no spray bottles. I canceled my membership and will find a different company to do business with.a month agoGreat car wash at first. People are wonderful. Mechanical equipment is always broken. Two rotating brushes on the right and one on the left DO NOT WORK. The tire scrubber does not work. The hand sprayer as you enter when the individual sprays your car has little force and they only spray the drivers side! Finally the mechanism to begin the wash has to be done manually by grabbing some pipe and pulling it upwards. Not an impressive maintenance program.a month agoBetter off going to the other location down the road. Always broke down. They will run it with some aspects not functioning. Does not completely rinse soap off at the end. One of the spinning arms inside broke my passenger mirror off.2 stars, 1 for the pretty colored foam, and one for the pretty colored lights that you never see because they close at 8pm.

Last few times I went there to get my truck and trailer washed they missed so many spots, horrible wash, I spent $130-$145 every time I go there waste of my hard working money, I usually never write bad reviews but this is not the first bad wash. Never going back there again!!!

Absolutely pathetic wash, you need to teach your employees how to use a brush or how to use a power washer better. The truck is not even clean. This is why i dont pay for the extra stuff, blue beacon cant even get it clean on a basic wash.
These guys work really hard. They just need 2 bays for the volume of trucks they do. I have to go like 4 in the am to be in and out. However, I’ve also waited as long as 2 hours. Just FYI, if you see more than 4 trucks in line, just plan on sitting for about an hour.
It’s great to see people proud of their work. And that’s what it appeared this crew had: pride in their work. The did a great job
The wash itself was good. They seemed pretty thorough, and what appeared to be a supervisor/manager was inspecting the work with a flashlight as the crew went along cleaning. He was friendly enough. The only complaint I have is that it is a single bay as others have mentioned, and the wait time Was quite long. I sat for about an hour, and there was may be only 5 to 6 trucks when I pulled up. Maybe another solution would be to build an exit at the end of the first turn when you’re in line. That way, if you get in line and realize it will take too long, you can get out and leave, as it is now once you go in line, you’re just stuck.
