a week agoI’m always pleased how clean my SUV comes out after going through this car wash. The Rainstorm membership is well worth getting if you are washing your vehicle weekly.2 months agoNot bad the service was great I do believe those specially with my past experience and working at car washes that the blow dryers or sent entirely too high to dry off these cars I think they do need to be dialed down a bit…………3 weeks agoHappy to have my car washed here. The vacuums suck strong. As they should. Best suck power I’ve seen anyplace anywhereEdit Management is top notch in romeoville over any other location abroad. This is my 5th month and romeoville stands best.
6 months agoGives a pretty good wash. But never gets my mirrors and doesn’t dry enough with the blowers!! Closest to my home, I still purchase the $22 a month package. Any package you one you still get 2 washes a day!9 months agoAka Rainstorm Car washSome vacuums sometimes don’t work. The place is expensive but it gets the job done if you don’t want to clean your car yourself. The tire shine here last about 3 days, it’s better to buy a can of meguiars from Walmart and do those yourself at least since it’s better quality shine and will last weeks, plus you will have the can to give you like 10-15 tire shines put of it.

a week agoWould not recommend this location for car detailing. The job was done poorly, half of the interior was not vacuumed. The staff and management were super rude. After my husband left the place, “manager” called to find out why he is not happy with the service and told him “never come back here a*s hole”…8 months agoNothing special here with the basic wash. Left my tires still super dirty without even a touch on them, I would have understood not putting shine on it for the basic but come on, not even a wipe on them is a let down. They offer towels to dry your car off if you go inside and ask.7 months agoBetter than the other place down the street, Rainstorm or whatever it’s called.Free towels to wipe your car after a wash, CLEAN water that doesn’t streak your car up (unlike down the street), and a pretty thorough wash even with the cheapest option. Has an option for hand detailing too by staff, limited to some days.
Minus one star due to price raises. They jacked the prices up on membership prices recently, and it led to me canceling my membership since I only wash my car twice a month. Individual wash price is really good though!
4 months agoThe wash beat the heck out of my wagoneer. The people were so rude when i asked about a full service wash. I’m genuinely nice to people when i ask for things. Not sure why they responded that way, but the vacuums were bad too. Really disappointed. The second star is bc i hate giving 1 star reviews.3 years agoPaid for the most expensive drive through car wash. After coming out, the back was still a mess and it didn’t clean at all. So I went back and asked to run through it again. The guy looked at me and said, “You didn’t towel dry it????” I told him I have no towel and that I would just be toweling around dirt anyway. The guy let me run through the wash again under the cheapest wash and told me to towel it down afterwards. When I came out of the car wash I found they had locked up for the day already (so no access to towels). 5 mins before they were supposed to close. Looks like I’ll have to figure out another go-to car wash. I won’t be going back here.

Awful car wash. Every time I go I always get charged more than what it says. $1 for the 60 second dryer?? No. Here’s a $5 charge. $5 for 60 seconds on the dryer? Unbelievable. I usually don’t care but it has happened entirely too much
I got the $18 car was. the wash itself was great, my only problem is even with the extra power dry your car comes out soaking wet. always water right down the middle of my windshield. they do have vacuum and dry down stations with towels but those are usually full and if you do get in the vacuums are a little weak. compared to the other washes in town you don’t get as much bang for your buck here.
Car wash overall good at cleaning car. They need to make sure there are enough clean towels at all times. Second time in two weeks at different times of the day I pulled up to find zero clean towels.
This is the best car wash in lockport. Amazing young men working in the morning time always making sure my car is spotless. Only downside is that the dryers at the end of the tunnel leave quite a bit of water on the back of the car. been going here for three years and that is the only bad thing i have to say. Love everything else!
