2 months agoJust had oil change 6/12/23 at 2:38. The gentleman mentioned that the antifreeze is low. Mentioned it would cost $4. He never asked and just filled it and added it to the bill. Not happy. Never going there again4 months agoPulled in today because I needed help getting my license plate replaced. The screws were completely rusted and would not budge for me.They broke them loose, lubricated the screws and replaced my plate. They even topped off my tires and didn’t charge me for it. Both guys were very friendly and professional and I’m grateful for the assistance.

a month agoSo they did have a great PROMOTION when they opened at 3 months for $10 a month. They took my credit card and started the membership INSTANTLY. BUut when I returned to stop this deal,10 days ahead of time as they said I had to, they COULDN’T do it in person. Online or call a # to cancel. Then I was told that I was giving less than 10 days notice so that it might be extended another month. So they can INSTANTLY TAKE the $$$ in person, but not STOP the membership in person, or immediately. Nice policy. Was going to renew the monthly membership later in the fall, now I will never return.3 months agoFirst time here, and it was excellent. They have a promo going on for grand opening. now for 3 months, $10 a month, any price thier they have. Good deal, our car felt very clean, and they gave out a complimentary towel to dry your car in the end. Only complaint was it can be confusing driving in trying to find the entrance in the back, one lady almost drove into the exit 😳 because they are both in the same area. So surprised by 100% of bugs came off.2 months agoI wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone unless they like to have a damaged car. I personally went through and came out with a dent on my driver side door along with scratches. I had a friend that went through and ended up with the same exact problems I had, his damage was just WORSE!!! And now I find out that another friend of mine tried this car wash out just to have their back windshield wiper ripped off!! This carwash is terrible!! DO NOT take the risk. I 100% recommend diamond glow wash! I’ve also never had a problem at a kwik trip car wash!!2 months agoI think the staff and their amenities are very nice. However, the car wash itself ruined the paint on my vehicle by scratching it up. I did have to get a paint correction/ceramic coating in order to fix it.

Wow!!!! I have been a monthly savings program customer of car wash companies for several years…washing my vehicle sometimes once a day. Diamond Glow Car Wash is by far the best overall wash, experience, value and customer service.
I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Samuel, whose overall friendliness, positive demeanor and professionalism frankly blew me away. Not many places have such seller associates working for them thus Diamond Glow Car Wash will definitely dominate the local area.
Due to the current nationwide restrictions, their hours have changed to 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday.
Also the usual free vacuums have been turned off due to these nationwide governmental restrictions.
They also have an app which I find to be super cool!
Best car wash around. Staff is outstanding. Always wash my mats free of charge. Was thinking of trying out the new car wash next door just to compare. I did a little research and found out Diamond Glow is a locally owned company. The competitor is NOT!!! I will always stick with a local company that does an awesome job!

Cleans better than most washes… Free vacuums, free sprays, free towels, free air freshener cards… Just a nice to be able to pull up and do everything at once without the other BS of bringing Window spray, armor all…🤷
its really a good car wash and a good value for what you get, free vaccum and wash towels and spray to clean inside your vehicle , also some free car scents. I only wish the vacuum had a bit more power to them
