a month agoThis place was absolutely amazing. It was my first time here and my girlfriend and I were so impressed. They even had an offer for a free car wash for being our first time. There was one man working here who went above and beyond with his customer service skills. This place offers everything you could possibly need to detail or maintain a clean car. We have dogs and this was so helpful for us! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to keep there car clean or start now lol2 months agoI have a membership for unlimited car washes for 2 vehicles. Normally an enjoyable experience. I was disappointed that after I asked for 2 Air fresheners, i was told by Doug that only 1 per visit. After I spoke with Doug (Manager on duty) I felt that my business was not valued by Doug’s response. This is something that could have easily be avoided.in the last weekI love this car wash so much, they have many products so you can detail your car and the employees are very friendly Thanks Hamht for your helpa month agoemployees are always great. The wash usually does a good job. The only complaint is the tailgate on our pick up trucks never gets washed and sometimes the blowers don’t dry the trucks thoroughlyin the last weekI was asked to join their membership several times and insisted that I did not want the membership. The employee at the gate argued with me about joining when after more than 5 times saying no I left without even a car wash. Poor employee professionalism and focused on recurring payment sales rather than good customer experience. Overall the employee seemed disgruntled due to me being in a rush and not wanting to listen to his sales pitch after sitting behind another car that he did the same pitch too that took about 10 minutes of me waiting behind a single car.

Mr. Glow is the only car wash my kid likes to go through. The combination of the lights, colorful soap (which smells good!), and not too much noise is perfect. From an adult’s perspective, my car actually comes out clean and the sealant protects my paint from the Florida sun.
It’s good enough, but it’s a struggle to cancel your membership. I’ve called and left voicemails with no return call for a couple weeks now. There’s no option on the website to cancel either. Just submitted a contact request online, so I’ll be waiting to hear back.
There’s really no incentive for the membership unless you go all the time, which is pointless if it’s constantly raining, and you really aren’t saving that much unless you really go just about every week. I’d bet at the end of the year most people average what it would cost to pay each time, or lose money because you don’t go frequent enough.
