a month agoI was super satisfied the girl they was working there was extremely helpful and quick I was in and out within no time at all good going UPS store 24th St. 👍👍3 months agoI needed to drop off a prepaid box and I stood in line for at least 10 minutes, look at video @ 9:20ish am. I am wearing a grey A shirt & Olive green shorts. NOT Employee Cerria. The one with long white fingernails, couldn’t see her employee badge. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TYP AND DID NOTHING TO HURRY PRINTING LABELS FOR THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME. SHE MADE NO EYE CONTACT TO ME OR THE OTHER 6 PEOPLE WHO WALKED IN BEHIND ME. 3 OF WHICH WALKED OUT AFTER STANDING IN LINE. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Yesterday I had several documents that had to be sent immediately with little patience I needed help to expedite the process. I normaly visit the location downtown and is not as friendly as this location. I had exceptional assistance and help from Jess or Jessica not sure if that’s her complete name. Super friendly. Worth the drive for this location.
