a month agoMost of my experiences at this location were excellent. Unfortunately, it only takes a couple of bad experiences to sour your attitude towards a store. Therefore, this review is more for UPS than potential customers. If you do not have to return packages to Amazon (or only have to return a couple), you will probably love this location as much as I used to.That said, a couple of new employees, including one who is a manger, feel comfortable openly complaining about processing Amazon returns. One went so far as to tell me, “We don’t make money off of these,” and complained about having to process Amazon returns close to closing time. I entered the store at 3:00 p.m. It does not close until 6:30 p.m.! Moreover, he does not work on commission.
The true problem, however, is not the manager; it is UPS.
The manager feels empowered to mistreat customers because there is no accountability when he does so. There is nobody one can speak to about his conduct. I actually tried calling the UPS “800” number and it is impossible to get a person on the phone.
Therefore, I am leaving this review hoping that UPS will address his conduct. I regret that this review must negatively impact the other employees who work at this location.

I’ve used their services multiple times, and each time has been an exceptional experience.David and his staff are truly amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Whether you need to ship a package, print documents, or purchase packing supplies, they have everything you need.
One of the things I love most about this UPS store is their attention to detail. They take the time to ensure that your packages are packed securely and arrive at their destination safely. Plus, their prices are very reasonable.
Overall, I highly recommend the UPS store on Riverfront Blvd in Dallas, Texas. If you need shipping or printing services, this is the place to go. David and his team will take great care of you and make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

a month agobest UPS store in Dallas without a doubt!!!!! i spoke with a young man named Adreyan and he not only gave me the utmost of customer service but was quick and efficient. All the workers here seem like they really care and i’ve never had any problems, a 10/10 for me!!!a month agoLove the new staff, super friendly and patient. They go above and beyond to assist anyone, specifically with how busy they get sometimes. I don’t mind the wait, I know I’ll be taken care of with no issues.

One of the best UPS store I have been too! The staff is so kind and friendly, we went for fingerprints and it was done so quickly. Definitely going back and a much recommended store!
I love coming to this UPS store. Everyone is always so helpful. The manager, Maria is the kindest and most helpful person. She went out of her way with helping me ship back return items by saving me money andddd then got me a refund. Best store for all your UPS needs.

At this very location the manager stole my power generator, of course he denies it… I am sure he kept it instead of sending it back as he assured me he will. Silly me I didn’t get the receipt. I hope you are enjoying it, sir. They replied to my review to say that the manager is a she. When the manager stole my generator was an older white male, who knows he retired or got caught stealing again and was fired? Why would I make stuff up? The store never received it because I sent it back for refund. The manager back then didn’t give a reciept. It was March 2021. I recall it perfectly.
Best place to ship. Joel and Tim are the best and always makes sure my fragile stuff makes it there on time in the most cost efficient way. So patient too! Recommend this location!
The Hispanic lady “Maria” was very rude today, I returned AT&T equipment, she greeted the lady that walked in after me on a personal basis but proceeded to act as if I was a burden to take care of. Everything she handed me or gave me was laid down on the counter top as if my hands weren’t there open waiting to receive my receipt etc… I come here often.
