    I’ve been to a lot of UPS stores and this one has by far the most friendly and welcoming staff! I was here with my friend who needed notary services. It was her first time getting a notary and it was for something pretty serious. They provided excellent assistant to her and I had a great time talking to them while I was waiting. The manager Krystal is amazing!

    I’ve never had a particularly good time at a UPS/similar store *until today*. I went in to get documents notarized and Krystal made the process smooth and enjoyable. The rest of the staff took very good care of me as well as I had to print out a paper in addition to getting documents notarized. They totally won me over, and I plan on coming back.

    Previously used this store for business and personal shipping, and was a happy customer. Not sure what has happened in the past 6 months (new staff?), but service is slower and rude. My experience from my last 2 visits: no friendly greetings now, lots of eye rolling, sloppy/incorrect entry of addresses. Will take my business elsewhere to other friendlier services just down the road.

    The lady there, Shelby or Shelvie, she’s the main reason i go out my way to go to this specific location. She has a soft demeanor & humble spirit. She helps with all my packages & makes it feel like a breeze. Other locations have misplaced my packages before. So I go out my way to come to this location just for the customer service.

    Very positive experience. Jocelyn did an awesome job of multitasking a busy store and getting my son and my passport pictures taken. She even loaned me her jacket when my shirt was too light for the passport photo. Went above and beyond!

  1. Just dropped off an Amazon return with Andre! He was so helpful and patient. I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. He waited while I found my QR code on my phone and printed my receipt and explained all the details on it. I’m from out of town and just googled the nearest ups store to complete a return and I’m happy my search brought me in to see Andre!

  2. The UPS store at Erwin road is amazing. I had a great experience! The store associate Andre was so kind and helpful and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied!

  3. I just wanted to leave a quick review of this location – and I never leave reviews, but am willing to do for Andre! I went in on Wednesday of last week and had the best experience at a UPS I’ve had in awhile. Andre was kind and helpful with a great sense of humor. His attention and quick service made it feel like I wasn’t just running errands. All the staff at the Erwin Rd location were attentive, and even with a long line of people they moved through everyone’s requests quickly and graciously. I will be back!

  4. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – store on Erwin Rd. – I had an unsettling experience at UPS today. I took my package into the store along with a printed receipt on top of the item to be returned in the Nike shoe box but I was told that I needed the cardboard box that the box with the shoes came in as well. I was also told that I could buy a box from the store for $10.00. Since this had never happened to me before I asked Claudia if she could explain her reasoning for this and she could not in any way that made any sense. to me. I could understand had she explained that store policy had changed because no one has ever asked me to pay for a box before. I was also informed by her that had she needed to print the receipt it would have cost $3.00 although I brought a printed receipt with me. I returned home to get the outer cardboard box that arrived in poor condition when I received it which is why I didn’t bring it in the first place. I usually come to this UPS store and have never experienced anything like this. before. Not getting a reasonable explanation made me feel as though this was a total waste of my time, energy, and gas. Claudia is not a customer service-oriented individual and came across as being nonchalant and somewhat arrogant in a subtle way. She has no idea how to explain her actions and in my opinion should not work in a place that requires customer service. Maybe training, along with time and maturity will help her learn to address issues with customers in a more understanding and helpful way. All of my experiences in the past with this store have been great until today.

  5. I was mailing boxes for my employer. Andre made it easy and quick. Not only that, but he was so friendly and personable. I got to check something off my to-do list and laugh with a lovely stranger all at the same time 🙂
