I went in today with a bag full of envelopes I had to mail out for my work with tracking and the owners were nice enough to go past closing with me and help me get the envelopes shipped out . At one point my jobs credit card had declined due to a tech issue ( on our side not theirs ) and the owners were so patient with me and waited for me to contact my boss in order to get another card number. Sweetest people and insanely helpful . I haven’t met such kind people in a long time. If anyone deserves business it’s them !

By far one of the most friendliest, professional and welcoming UPS stores I’ve been to. I give Harjeet major credit for always providing a happy environment, while performing at a quick pace. Yesterday it was super busy at the store and she was effectively managing through the line of customers. I always use this location and have never had any issues with them. Definitely will be recommending this place to others
Unbelievably unhelpful & caused several hours of unnecessary stress and frustration. I tried returning an Amazon order that was delivered by UPS so damaged the corner of the box was missing and the item corner scraped off. They refused to return it because Amazon gave me 1 shipping label and it was heavy item in 3 different boxes. I was told I could pay to have the boxes combined into 1 and ship. I said no. Called Amazon and got two more labels. Was told I could pay them to use their computer & pay extra to print them. I said no. Couldn’t leave the three heavy boxes in the store (AFTER I already loaded them in the truck, unloaded at the store) …. I’m sure you get the gist by now but for good measure I’ll add the when we unloaded them to carry into the store my husband fell in their curb and they STILL wanted to charge for either packing into one “box” which would be the size of a truck bed so not likely… or pay for computer use. Will return to Amazon one way or another and will NEVER use this location again.
This store saved me! I had a last minute, same day print order. The gentleman who helped me gave me no hesistion just said he could make it happen. Within minutes he had my order ready to go! THANK YOU! What amazing customer service.
I had an unfortunate experience at UPS on Thunderbird. I have utilized this establishment in the past for their notary services and was only ever displease with the wait time. However, on my last visit, there was difficulty getting my document notarized. My mother passed away and as the executor of her Living Trust I was passing her car on to another family member. I took in the POA for Property, Living Trust, title for car and my ID. I was told by both owners of the UPS store that a car is not property. The gentleman indicated that the POA and/or Trust must say, “automobile.” I indicated that an automobile is property. I was told several more times that they would not notarize the car title because a car is not property. Needless to say, I went to my bank and they immediately notarized the document for free.
I’m disappointed in the level of indifference from the owners and their lack of knowledge of what the word PROPERTY means. I suggest retraining for a deeper level of understanding of notary terms and meanings.
I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service at this store! I am a small business owner who utilizes their mail box service for my business. In the two years I have been using them, Harjeet and her staff have gone above and beyond to assist me. I had a fractured ankle and subsequent mobility issues for some time. Harjeet told me that if I called they would get my mail and deliver it to my vehicle and would do that as long as necessary. They are extremely kind and will do anything to assist their customers. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
