    So I really have to make time to give all the praises to Ashton! Y’all she is legitimately the best example of amazing customer service! I was so stressed trying to find a notary on a Sunday for my daughters school enrollment and from the time I called the store to ask 500 thousand questions to make sure we were on the same page until the finish of her service she was so kind so welcoming and so helpful! She suggested things to make the process easier that I didn’t think to ask because I was in full blown panic lol! Until today having to run back in at the last minute right before the store closed she still greeted me with such professionalism and kindness! While still multitasking with other customers still was very engaging! People like Ashton deserves to be recognized.. I just could not go on to my next task with out writing a review on my wonderful experience with Ashton at the gate city location! She’s amazing she deserves the highest raise she deserves the recognition! I hope the right person in the company sees this thank you so much ASHTON!

    Absolutely 100% excellent service. I have been to many ups stores to drop off my packages and let me tell you this one is the best one to go to. The staff is always nice as soon as you step in the door they greet you and if you come in often they remember your name which makes me feel good. I definitely recommend this ups store over others 🙂

    Just came in to drop off a couple of Amazon returns and the girls that were in here were literally the FRIENDLIEST people. Came at 10:30 on a Friday and it was empty, so service was super quick.

    This UPS Store is the BEST!

    Great customer support is very important to businesses these days. Amazing support, means happy and very satisfied customers, thus the reason for this email.

    The customer service at this location is first-rate! The support from beginning to end of each process is always smooth and straightforward (always seamless). Along with that, the team, specifically Ashton, are well-informed, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them (and this location) unreservedly!

    Terrible Customer Service and their knowledge and explanation of UPS Deliveries is awful. My wife went to ship something next day air, they tell her to do Second Day Air. Item does not get to TX on time and has to be rejected by the UPS Store there. The Manager of that store tells me to get a refund for the shipment since it was not done correctly. When I return to the area I go by this store and tell them the issue. They tell me that a manager will call me back and take my information. No call until the package arrives back at the originating location. They call to tell me the package is arrived and there will not be a refund since 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed. I explained that their employee is the one that decided to go 2nd Day Air and now that mistake from poor training and DISCLOSURES of guarantees to people are not being done which cost 144 dollars which is poor service. The answer was “I understand”. Another fine example of poor training and service. Half the time you go in this store the employees have resting B**** Face and act like they know everything. Well, I guess the lack of Accountability for their staff is why. They should close this store or actually spend some time training their staff to do better than having a don’t care attitude. Terrible Management and poorly run store. Take your business elsewhere.

    Reply to Owner, False Accusation? If a so-called “shipment expert” specifically tells a person to ship 2nd Day air, when the customer says to go next day because the “expert” says that it will get there. is not a false accusation. What is true is blatantly apparent that nothing is your store’s fault and that the customer is always wrong. Maybe you should spend some time training your staff or have your managers have enough assertiveness to talk to the customer when they are there or call instead of having a false answer or a reply with an email address like you actually care.

    Your definition of hardworking staff must be different than the rest of the world, but then again must be led by example. I have heard more profanity and your staff belittle customers when they walk out then anyone should have to deal with, but then again just like management or ownership they gladly say it when they feel comfortable.

  1. We work for a pond company and had a lot of warranty packages that needed to be returned. Terry and Deb were amazing! They helped us with what we needed to fill out and were extremely efficient and helpful with our large order! If they had not been there and had such amazing attitudes we would have had to take much more time out of our day! Fantastic customer service!

    This review is for UPS in general not this specific location.
    That said…
    These people are ignorant.
    I pick my mail up general delivery downtown Greensboro , this is the only location to pick up general delivery because the postmaster general only sees fit to have one location in Greensboro.

    Now for the review,
    I was getting some stuff through my health care, insurance company and the address that they have for me is general delivery so they mailed it general delivery over a week ago, today I wake up and see that it was returned to sender.
    I verified that they had the right address when they ask me through an email.
    Like I said they’re ignorant all’s they have to do is drop it off at any Greensboro United States postal service location. They’ll do the rest 🙄

    But they’re not smart enough to know what general delivery means.

    That’s what the homeless go through, everything that we do is that much harder because we don’t have a physical address for the ignorance of the society that we live in today.🤬

  3. I would like to leave outstanding feedback for Debbie at the UPS Customer Service Center. I was able to witness her providing true compassionate service to an elderly citizen in need. She went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected to help resolve the issue at hand. UPS is lucky to have Debbie on their team.

  4. Driver doesn’t deliver my package 2 days in a row due to signature. I sign the release form, and leave a note saying to take the package to the office or leave it. He leaves another notice and doesn’t deliver the package. I’m never home when they deliver. That’s why we have a package concierge room at the office. It’s a nightmare dealing with ups everytime I’ve used them recently. I’m not paying for shipping just to have to drive 30 minutes to pick my package up. When I call customer service I get put on an infinite loop of useless information and never get to speak to a person and my issue is still not resolved. Please ups contact me so I can receive the items I paid you to deliver.
    update: contacted ups via DM as requested. Pretty sure I only got to talk with a chat bot and still not a real person. Issue was not resolved and they returned my package to the sender.
