Great experience. Walked in this morning to return a package to a huge line and only one lady working. But the line moved quickly and she was calm and personal with everyone in there. I didn’t have to wait long and she was quick in taking care of me. Beat experience in a UPS store ever!! She rocked it. Thank you.
This is by far the BEST UPS location I’ve used in a long time. It’s very well-managed and the store is always clean and neat. I came in for notary services and needed copies made. There seems to be several new employees in the store but their commitment to customer service is outstanding. I will be recommending all my family and friends in the very near future. Keep up the good work guys!!!
This UPS is great!!!! I love everyone in there. In particular, Mabes is a total doll. She is a delight to see every time I go in which is frequently. She is so kind and always says “God bless you” when I walk out the door! That means a lot to me and makes hard days easier!!! Every single employee is very kind and helpful. They have so much patience with everyone. It’s a job not everyone would be good at doing but everyone in there is meant to do it because they have kind hearts and patience. I buy so much on Amazon and sometimes have quite a few returns, and I know they have got to be sick of seeing me, but never show it. Thank you. 💗
Always in & out in less than 5 minutes, even when they’ve been super busy. Every employee there is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family/friends and will DEFINITELY be going back!!!
I have used this store for years, but yesterday I was repeatedly ignored by the 3 ladies on duty. At one point, I asked if I could please purchase a next day air label because they would not address their printer issue. I was told to “wait”. Finally, the lady in charge called a guy who was at the “end of the line” to come up so she could help him. I was so embarrassed to be ignored and treated rudely in a place of business. After 40 mins. in line, I decided to take my business up the road. If I ever stop at this location again I will not buy one thing. I will merely hand them an Amazon return and leave. It appears that is this store’s number #1 business strategy now anyway!
