a year agoI was told to take an amazon return to this facility. amazon said not to take original packaging and ups would take care of everything. I even got a shipping label from amazon. Upon arrival I was told that they had no box to put product in to return. Hmmm I thought that was the business they were in? I guess they don’t want any more of my business? I’ll use Fed Ex from now on. ups only does small cartons now?a month agoI love this store I don’t know the young lady’s name but she African American best employee clerk ever. I drive past the east Washington Street store because of the poor customer service. If you ask someone their name they won’t give it to you and no one wears a name badge. I asked the manager if anyone wore name badges he told no. That let me know they must have a lot complaints . Anyways I’ll keep driving extra 4 miles for good customer service thanks Amy and your team.a month agoCalled ahead for print services and asked if it could be ready in 2 hours, was told no problem. When I arrived a little over 2 hours later, the print was not ready. I also asked for 3 copies on resume paper and was handed 1 copy on regular paper. Won’t be back4 months agoThis has to be one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever experienced. Professional, fast, and courteous! I’ve taken back amazon packages here, shipped my own packages, and had passport photos taken. I was always in and out in less than 5 minutes. A+ service here.10 months agoAnthony H. @ this UPS Store (10th & Shadeland) is always professional and courteous. I always know when I see him behind the counter my shipping needs will be handled quickly and efficiently. I love this location! It is so convenient and easy to get to compared to their former location across the street! All of the employees at this location are very caring and helpful.

I would give The Driver who never even attempted to deliver my package and one Employee (Aaron) at the Location A -0 . Melissa was Awesome assisted me and was very professional and made sure I Received my package on time . Aaron was taking up for the delivery driver that parked and just pulled off without leaving a notice on my door or attempting to deliver my package and was making EXUSES for him . I would never use this Ups service in my area again and I’ve read the reviews after and they are horrible and the OWNER DOESN’T EVEN CARE about his customers I can tell by his responses in the reviews and who he responds to. OVERALL STAY AWAY ….
And I would not Recommend UPS To anyone for any of their delivery services …
Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but I can’t help but praise two black lady staff in this UPS center. I have been waiting about two weeks for the delivery because the status on the website said: “the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” After all, I visited here to pick up in person my package that had not been delivered to my home. When I got there, they were so kind and considerate. They understood my situation and did their best to find my package. Especially, an older staff kindly told me how to deal with this kind of delivery delay. Thanks to their efforts, I finally received my package. It was a really impressive experience, and I appreciate it again.
The two ladies in the building tonight were the most friendly and accommodating customer service reps I’ve seen in a long time. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to retrieve my package today.
THEY DESERVE RAISES AND PROMOTION IMMEDIATELY !!!!!
Melissa at the front desk did absolutely everything she could to get my package to me on time. She was very professional and very easy to work with. She saved me from having to make another trip to the store. Great person over all and very kind. She is my go person at the ups customer center. 5stars
My package was supposed to be delivered in Speedway, IN to a house. I received a text that it needed an apt #. I told clerk on phone that I could pick it up at distribution center on West 16th Street. He said he’d mark it as such & it would be ready anytime that day. I went at 3pm to pick it up & was told it would take 25mins for them to get it. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Thank God for FedEx.
