2 months agoSomeone from the Louisville distribution center has most likely stolen my package. How do I know? Because it was supposed to arrive today (June 13th) and tracking is still showing that it never left Louisville as of June 11th despite 2-day air shipping. Then someone tried to access my Microsoft account yesterday which is tied to the email address that would have been on the packing slip. Given the timing of the unauthorized access coinciding with the package never leaving the Louisville distribution center, I have strong reasons to believe it’s been stolen by a worker. I hope I’m wrong, but any assistance UPS can provide would be appreciated.2 months agoI’m tracking my package on air tag it’s been at Luivilke airport for 4 days then now it got sent to the customer centre when it should have been in vancouver canada yesterday. All my packages from NJ to MD, for Overnight with Saturday seems to get stuck at that location, has happened to me more times than I can count… and don’t make it to it’s destination until Monday. Even though we paid for overnight Saturday delivery. The Louisville transit seems to be the bottleneck in the system. All my missed delivered deadlines by UPS were caused by that facility inability to get packages out on time once they arrived there in transit on Friday Nights. Seem to be a pattern. Happened to me twice back to back. This is really unacceptable.9 months agoVery rude staff. They have horrible customer service skills. They take what you say very personal as if they’re not at work. If a customer is frustrated or angry, you don’t take anything they say personal because they’re upset with the service, NOT YOU! They returned my package because I was an upset customer and did it out of spite because they cannot do their jobs the correct way. Calling corporate on them.

I always use this store for all my shipping needs. With Christmas having its added stresses I am always pleased with Sherry and her team. They are always friendly and efficient. On this particular visit the line looked long so I left some of my packages in my car with the plan to come back in the morning. The line moved quickly and when I told Sherry my plan she insisted I go get the rest and the timing would be fine. I did. She managed to get all my packages ready for shipping to multiple cities without flaw. This store is the best and should be recognized for it. Thank you and Merry Christmas
Cost estimate was $18 online for ground shipment. Told me it would be $65 when I showed up at the store. Staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to understand. Told me I should call them instead of using online estimator. Yep, that’s how the world works today, phone calls ….
I’m always amazed by the lack of customer service at the SHELBYVILLE Rd location. I watched an employee ( presumably a manger named Gray) vacuum while a line of people stood watching. Only once she was finished putting mats back, did she step to a register and help. This is one of multiple CS issues at this store. Go to somewhere else if you can. Other UPS Stores do care.
UPS really needs to find someone different employees ai have been to this location. Twice me the girl that works there I the absolute nastiest person I have dealt with: I’ll definitely find bother location
This UPS store is the worst. I usually go to the UPS store in Jtown next to Kroger and they are always kind and will print Amazon return slips for free, won’t charge you for anything related to Amazon returns, etc. however I have tried going to this store 3 separate times and every time they want to charge $3+ dollars to print one piece of paper, they won’t send something if it isn’t boxed up, etc. I have also never come across a kind, smiling employee there. Everyone is very short with you and rude.
