2 months agoThere was a line about 5 persons long when i got there. And it moved at what I believe to be a pretty fast pace judging on the fact that I was already up at the counter in less than 10 minutes. I would not refer to the staff as friendly, they seem more serious however are incredibly helpful and they do their stuff quite well.in the last weekThe employees at ups are quick and care about their job and providing a good service to the residents of Miami Beach.a year agoAdrián is a such a wonderful person, always ready to help and great customer service. I will recommend every person to do business in that location. They are always in a great mood.a week agoJust go to FedEx a block away. This place isn’t even open on Sundays! And they wouldn’t ship on my company’s account. They said something like “we’re franchised we don’t take UPS shipping accounts.” Or something like that. Long story short they can’t ship my packages on my employer’s UPS account, so obviously I started taking all my shipments to FedEx where they DO actually want my business.9 months agoThe manager is an angel. I had to send a package to Europe and he was honest telling me what were my best options cost wise. On top of it I have watched and listened, he was super helpful to the entire store. You could tell his team was a happy one as well. Refreshing in this world. 😌. This store won my business !

My colleagues and I have used this UPS Store for the last 8 months or so and couldn’t recommend it higher. I have used their mailbox service as well as having multiple larger packages delivered to the store for pickup. Communication is great; I always received an email promptly from the store when deliveries arrived and were ready for collection. I am always greeted by friendly faces in the store.
Great customer service!! For sure the best ups store in Miami! This guys are not only super knowledgeable, but very kind as well. I have been at this location more than ; day in and day out they are the same. I will definitely be back to this location for all my shipping needs!
I do Amazon returns at this UPS constantly, and once had to ship an engagement ring for resizing here. The staff at this store are always very helpful, honest, and the lines are always short and manageable. I live in a different neighborhood but the UPS around my home is always full of lines and the waiting takes forever. The staff at this store make it very easy to get in and do what I need to do. They are also bilingual, patient with customers, and give advice when necessary to save money. Would recommend shipping and returning with them.

This UPS store has been forwarding our mail to us for many years now and they are fantastic! So friendly and responsive. The store manager is really wonderful. Highly recommend!
