The Brooklyn Center UPS Store has recently moved to a gleaming new location, right next to Cub and LeeAnn Chins. It’s ironic that it was also located next to LeeAnn Chins in the early 1990’s….in the original Shingle Creek mall center. The owners, Ruban and Vino Ambrose continue to be impassioned small business owners, and reflect all that is good in their community. I am very proud of their determination to maintain a great store in a community that can really be helped by them. Best wishes!! Paul

  1. It literally ruins my entire week when my amazon packages are delivered through ups. They don’t even attempt delivery at my apt complex. I sit at home completely canceling all my plans for the day and they don’t hit my buzzer or anything. Any other delivery company figured this out and does their job well. I have NO issues with usps, FedEx or actual Amazon drivers. They hit my buzzer or drop the package off in the Commons area. Some have even given my pkg to the leasing office. Not ups. They just flat out refuse delivery without even attempting. Is it just too hard to hit a buzzer for my apartment number? I have pretty much gotten to the point where I am hesitant to order things online in case they come thru ups. I hear they treat their drivers much more poorly than FedEx does so I guess the work speaks to itself.

  2. This place called me with a very rude person saying that it was my fault for saying my package wasnt delivered. I ordered 5 things through UPS over the past year and ALL 5 times the UPS says “attempted delivery”, but we had 3 or 4 people waiting on the driver as he drove right past our place while he hit the button.

Ridiculous considering they don’t drop it off at access point until 3 days later on average from what we notice. Avoid getting things delivered by UPS at ALL COSTS.

  3. I do NOT understand how UPS is still in business. The drivers don’t actually deliver pack, they drive around and leave notes ignoring delivery instructions. Now they have escalated to not delivering to their own access points and falsifying “package refusal” reports from locations that are retail businesses. My shipper paid for two day shipping and I will not get my package (if at all) for a week. Where is the accountability?

  4. If you need to go to the customer center, something has gone wrong.
    But the staff was polite.
I wouldn’t say the service is quick, but reasonable.
There’s a bus stop nearby which really helps.
Much better experience than I expected.

  5. To whomever didn’t deliver my package, you didn’t leave a note you didn’t call. I had someone at my apartment all day waiting for you to arrive and give me a call so that they could sign for my time sensitive package. To no avail. I get a notification well after the “delivery attempt” stating they missed me. Again no info notice was received on my end. I was not able to ask for a different location because I didn’t get an info notice. And now I have to wait until Monday to get my time sensitive package from a facility I should have been able to pick up my package from earlier today. Very frustrating to say the least.

Edit: I’m already trying to use your automated frustrating as all F Instagram dm system. It’s telling me to use my choice but that the whole issue, I didn’t receive and info notice so I don’t have the number it needs for me to do such a thing. How does that help me? Please tell me how does that get me my package?
