Very quick and efficient service here, and I would highly reccommend.a year agoThis review is very overdue, but I came here for a trade show in June, and the entire staff at this location are all very friendly. Our datasheets didn’t show up for the show and I was able to work with the front desk staff to print out some laminated ones very quickly at this store. They also made it easy to ship things out by giving us labels to fill out while we were waiting in line so that they could get through everyone as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend the staff at this location.9 months agoIncredible service from employees- particularly Cardale! Cardale rocks!!! For international shipping he is the guy to speak to. The employee (I didn’t catch her name) was very sweet and helpful. The store was clean and the over all shipping process was easy and smooth. I’d absolutely recommend shipping here, especially now, when we can’t count on FedEx or USPS to actually deliver.

I recently needed to ship an over-the-counter medicine to Canada, and the staff at the UPS Store were very helpful and friendly! They provided excellent guidance and went above and beyond to ensure my shipment was handled properly and met all Canadian regulations.
Well located in shopping mall with plenty of parking. I just got on line when one of the UPS workers asked if I had an Amazon return and offered to help. Mindful customer care is rare these days but I have always appreciated and commended it. Fred was courteous and took care of what was needed. Nice personality as well. I noticed that the others who worked behind desk had same professional way. Good going!!!
This is the only UPS store that make you package your returns from Amazon. You must have your own tape if not they want to charge you $3.00 for them to tape a package. This is ridiculous.
Damaged my shipment in store and the manager gave me a run around for months. Corporate was no help and the manager even tried to pass the blame to the driver even though I was there, in the store, when they dropped my item
