  Extremely easy Amazon returns. Better than location I usually use. They printed and attached my return label and taped up the box at no charge. Other places I had to bring my own tape and pay to print. Not here. They were very helpful and friendly. I found my new favorite UPS store.

  There’s not many (if any) UPS stores I’d trust with them packing and knowing the contents/ value of a package with the exception of this store! Hands down superior customer service and the fact it’s family/operated makes it even better! Definitely heading back every 3 months when I’m in Dallas for work

  This is the UPS store at intersection between Preston and W Parker. The store has printing service and lots of office supplies. The people in the store are very nice and energetic. They do provide document notary service. An excellent public notary place for your documentation notarized. There are plenty of parking right in front of the store and parking remain available most of time. I have visited the store several times and once during late evening almost before closing the store and they know things are important for their customers. They are wearing face mask and people visiting the store also wearing face mask.

  There’s a scam running out of this UPS store. I contacted them, they did nothing about it! It’s a mortgage “warranty” scam… I’ve asked them to stop mailing stuff…. Over a year later I’m still getting this nonsense. This UPS store lets them stay there, and use their address… in spite of my letting them know what’s happening. I’ll be contacting the Better Business bureau next. Ridiculous
