in the last weekeveryone’s right about this location being horrible and the african american lady being so rude. she doesn’t speak and states you down like your bothering her, huffs and puffs and makes you feel like a menace when it’s HER job. i laughed the entire time because she was so rude it was like a joke. i will never go back to this location2 months agoThe young African American woman at this location is terrible to work with. No hello when I walked to the counter or how are you. Just a simple command place your package on the scale. Once I had a chance to place the package down I was able to tell her it was an Amazon return to Amazon, hence no need to weigh. My other package was an item purchased from a retailer selling on Amazon so the return was to go back to them, not back to Amazon. I did the “easy” return first as I anticipated the other to take a little longer since I needed to email the UPS store and print the return label. Throughout this transaction when I asked questions I was given one worded responses, a simple nod, or mmm. When I explained to her I wanted to know the return shipping cost for the package returning to the retailer she became argumentative. She was stuck on being right there would be no shipping cost. As her experience may be that a majority of Amazon packages don’t require a shipping cost, that is not always the case. I asked her to let me know if there was a shipping cost on the label before I printed it. I sent the email, she goes to the computer, tells me the label will say the same thing for me as it does for them, comes back to register, charges me for the label, and then tells me she didn’t receive it. At that point I was over dealing with her. She is an employee with no enjoyment for where she works and at minimum isn’t able to put on a facade of being happy to help customers. Happened on June 15, 2023 so the owner can be aware of who this is specifically because I won’t be coming in to provide any further information.3 weeks agoI truly don’t know why I punish my self and go to the same location. Perhaps it’s convenient with my daily work flow. However, every single solitary employee in this location is rude, obnoxious nasty, never smiles, and sarcastic. I’m sure there are a few more choice words, but however, none of them would be pleasant. I don’t even understand so honestly today I kid you not will be my last day going to this location. 68225 months agoUnfriendly experience. The store requests that your personal information is emailed to them for printing. I was met with a defensive and unfriendly attendant who was taken aback that I asked if I could print from my own email address, which is allowed at other stores. I requested my email be deleted after however it now lives in their trash file. Your information is not protected and they do not care about your privacy. Staff is not accommodating. Not a good vibe.5 months agoWaited in line but staff efficient. However, the person left my car registration in the copier & I had to remind her to get it. However, she did suggest best/least expensive but secure way to send my item.

Always friendly! They accept Amazon returns with a smile and receipt — huge bonus. The store also has a small selection of cool items like a battery-operated led flight switch to browse while you briefly wait 🙂
AMAZING customer service at this location. One of the employees, RayAnna, went out of her way to help me with a complicated shipping issue for an important package, showing great patience and perseverance. I can’t thank her enough!! I don’t write reviews often but was so blown away by the service I received that I knew I had to share my experience. I will definitely be back to this store when I need to ship in the future, and would absolutely recommend this location to others!
