I have a membership here so I use this car wash multiple times a week. Their previous employees used to spend a good amount of time cleaning your car off before going through the car wash. And most of the time their employees are pretty efficient.
Lately, it seems like they have all their new employees working on the same day and they don’t know what they are doing. They stand around, they don’t spend much time on the cars.
In the past there was a constant flow and the workers were in sync. Now you have to wait forever to get through but they aren’t short staffed. They just aren’t doing anything.
This is one of the few wash it yourself places near us. The staff was very friendly, the facility is well maintained and the price worked out to be cheaper than most of the other drive through competitors. They earned a lifetime customer from me.
Amazing service!! Very efficient. It’s nice being able to quickly get through the car was and use the vacuums.
Long lines with a surprisingly short wait. I got a great prewash from the workers. They have pressurized air blowers guns by their vacuums. Like the kind you clean a keyboard with. Perfect for getting gunk and dust where the vacuums can’t reach. Love, love this carwash!
I’ve had a monthly membership for years and years for both of our vehicles, and the quality of the wash keeps getting worse every time we go. I understand washing cars is not a fun job, but you should take pride in what you do regardless of the job. Very rarely do we get bug spray on our car and we always go to the car wash because our cars are dirty. We drive all the way from Plain City for this car wash but we will probably change things up after the last dozen or so experiences.
