4 months agoFirst time customer, requested the top plan for $47. Explained to both the men who took my car in, and outside guys finishing up, that I need the inside clean most important due to kids in the car. They were super fast, and the outside was sparkling, that’s why the second star was give. At first when I left it looked decent inside. Once I seen in detail the outrageous lack of cleaning they did once I got home, I needed to write this. I spent another 2 hours vacuuming inside and wiping the mess all around the car. No detailed vacuuming, no detailed wiping. A rip off of a car wash.3 months agoI’m giving Towne Car Wash 2 stars because I would only recommend them if you need a quick outside wash and plan to clean your own interior.Very disappointed after purchasing the mid-level unlimited monthly plan for my wife’s bmw. Always come out barely vacuumed, dusty, and streaky inside.
I once asked them to bring it through again because the mats/seats were literally untouched. Took FOREVER for them to re-do the interior, so completely defeated the purpose of paying for the convenience of a paid wash. I see lots of similar reviews and owner suggestions to ask for management before you leave unhappy. Its just not worth the time. Supervise your employees – they’re either removing dirt or they’re not!
I’ll be trying another unlimited wash elsewhere. Maybe I’d come back for an emergency exterior wash in the winter, but I highly doubt it.
3 months agoTwo stars for a great job cleaning my windows both inside and out. The rest of the job just wasn’t that great. To pay around $25 for a wash and spray wax and only to go home and have to wipe down the interior of the car and vacuum all of the spots (and there were many) that were missed is a complete waste of time and money.. The team there are all super nice, and super fast. And, I believe the fast part is the problem. They are moving so fast, they aren’t doing a good job. I didn’t expect a full detail job, but I did expect the floor and seats to be fully vacuumed and the dashboard to be wiped down. I have to say that this is the best car wash place I have ever been to With. Every staff member is always a smile and they go above and beyond with cleaning my car. I love this place I would never go elsewhere I drive 3 miles away from my home just to get my car washed once a week.
I thought i would give them a try. The works is not worth the money they charge. Other places like kennelworth and perfect touch surpass the quality of clean I received here. They had plenty of staff but rushed and skipped a lot of VISABLE spots in the interior.
What else can I say, don’t believe the people that say this is a great car wash, it is far far from it. I can’t speak for the detailing portion of the business but the wash it’s self did practically nothing and not only that they are super aggressive with putting your car in the wheel slot and once you’re out they left my car completely wet, tires weren’t shined. They have nerve charging $32 for the works. I detail/wash my own cars and just didn’t have time to do my own today so I wanted to try them and looks like that’s never happening again. There should be essentially no dripping. Invest in an air compressor for when the vehicles are outside and actually give people what they paid for
Such an amazing experience. I was passing by through New Jersey and wanted to give this a try. I was absolutely impressed with how they cleaned my car. I got the free car wash and even the service being free, the way my car was cleaned and the way i was treated really made me feel amazed. I would highly recommend this if you’re a regular car washer. You wouldn’t be disappointed.
Great business! Reggie is the man, cleaned the interior of my Jeep Grand Cherokee for under 200 and lemme tell you, it’s better than these other places around town charging higher than 5. I’ll be coming back here for sure. Not to mention, the exterior auto wash is so convenient and there are always 2-5 people available to dry your car after. Such a nice experience.
And again, Reggie is the MAN! Go to him for any detail needs. I have 2 huskys and my black interior was not looking good after daily car rides. Reggie told me to try and find a leftover dog hair and so far, I can’t. Not a spot missed. Attention to detail and clearly cares about his job. Also offers an exterior detail that I’ll be trying out next time.
