2 weeks agoThis is the best Mr Magic in the Greater Pittsburgh area, hands down. The wash the service and the professionalism is unmatched at the other locations around Pittsburgh. The man in the picture is who I dealt with. He deserves an employee of the month award if you even do that. He at least deserves a raise.3 months agoWe have been customers with the unlimited package since it was Mr. Speedy’s. Since this location became Mr. Magic, the quality of the wash has gone way down. It doesn’t even rinse the soap completely so when I go through the dryers, soap spreads all over my windshield. I am then left with dried soap marks.Also they always used to pressure spray your car when you entered the wash. They no longer do that at all even though the sprayer is still there and functional as I did see staff spraying the ground with it.
I am really considering cancelling our memberships and going with the unlimited package at Get Go or the new wash that will be opening down the street from Mr. Magic in Pleasant Hills.
The service and quality of the washes have really hit rock bottom.
3 months agoI used the Mr. Magic car wash in Mt. Lebenon, as I go through the wash lights would come on showing the selected services I purchased. The Mr. Magic in pleasant hills total darkness inside. I’m paying for the best package. How do I know if I’m getting this package??? My tires do not look like there’s a shine on them. I am not sure how they are keeping track of which vehicle took which service. Because everyone are entering out of sequence and everyone are getting the same wash I guess there’s no one to ask how odd it different from one another.

3 months agoVery unfortunate But your car wash doesn’t clean my car anymore because you won’t wash the back anymore with a brush like you always did as it starts through the beginning of the car wash. The brushes don’t go all the way around on any of my 3 cars so it only cleans three sides. Somebody made a great decision to save a lot of money but I will tell you just in my family alone so you lost three cars that used to come there fairly regularly and never had a membership so you got full price – if you have an SUV look somewhere else because you’ll have the same experience save your money – very disappointing6 months agoGreat wash and wax! Today I went to go get my car vacuumed and I was having a lot of difficulty with the vacuum and this employee named Gina came and helped me! She fixed the vacuum for me and even helped me vacuum my car! She INSISTED! Incredible worker. Thank you Gina. I miss you
DON’T USE MR. MAGIC IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR… Keeping this short. 1) 3 wheels/rims damaged i.e. gouged and chipped; 2) paint stained by equipment/products; 3) wash times have decreased leaving your car dirty; and lastly 4) they discontinued the wipes
This is the best location in my opinion. Some of the other locations don’t really get all the dirt off. This one does. It’s a combination of the soft cloth that seems to be thicker than the other locations as well as plenty of soap. Even my tires look clean and shiny when I’m done.
I have decorative magnets on my car and dirt gets trapped under them. At other locations you can still see the dirty outlines after going through the car wash. The Castle Shannon location cleaned them so well I couldn’t see where I had had them.

Been a long time patron of this company. The wash is acceptable and as a monthly unlimited customer, my car rarely has a chance to get very dirty. Free vacuums are a really nice touch too. The last 5 times or so that I’ve gone through this location, it smells like swamp water as you go through the tunnel. It’s really making me reconsider staying with them, the funky odor is very off-putting.
I came to the car wash on this past week and I was so very pleased how clean my car was. Before I came, my car looked like it drove out of the 1930’s dust bowl. Anyway, I’d like to shout out one young man who made the experience even better. That man would be Dominic huff(I asked for his name due to the excellent service he provided). Wish the service was like this everywhere else I go!!
