2 months agoAfter we had a neighbor cut off a few branches from their yard I noticed this god awful site on the windshield… & I was not about to wash it myself …. We have been under their membership for years & never had problem what so ever with Ronny’s. all the employees we have come across are friendly & if you have a problem or need an extra scrub down on an area just ask don’t expect them to just know. I love going through the car wash makes me happy & leaves my SUV shiny9 months agoHave had the unlimited service for a couple years. I do think this service is worth the price. However, I just canceled my subscription. Noticed the tons of micro scratches all over my truck. I was able to polish and buff most of it out, but not all. I try to keep my vehicles looking like the day I purchased them. The final straw that broke the camels back was when the employee brushed the soap across my hood and left a long scratch across the hood. I didn’t notice it till the next day. But, I don’t want to take the chance of this again. Will do my own washes from here on out.Also, please tell your employees that guide the vehicles in to pay better attention when performing this task. I’ve stopped many times when they look away and not pay attention as the vehicle is rolling in.
a month agoThe young redheaded kid is not gentle at all. He hit the trim with the hard part of the brush and lo and behold I get off and check and the trim is damaged. Going to cancel all the memberships on all three of my cars2 years agoThis place has so much potential! The mat washers are phenomenal and the complimentary cleaner with high quality paper towels is a wonderful touch. I took my moderately dirty car through the wash and it was still filthy so I mentioned it to a worker who apologized and offered me to go through again with no additional charge. Even with the second run through and original upgrades I purchased my car was still obviously dirty but at this point I was tired of wasting my time and just left. I feel it would be easier to just clean my car on my own and pay five dollars for the vacuum and mat cleaners. I would love to come back if the quality improves.in the last weekEmployees are nice! We have a membership and the first pull in didn’t work with our sticker so thru got me a new one to put on the car !! Get a membership, unlimited car wash

5 months agoFirst time using since new owners took over. Car was too low for the drive through wash but they knocked out a hand wash and detail in less than an hour!Staff is friendly and they even have a shop pup that makes the time fly by!
Give them the chance to show how much this place has improved, I know I’m glad I did.
4 months agoBeen coming here for years and I am never disappointed. Ty and his crew know what they are doing and always make sure you are completely satisfied with the job before leaving. Highly recommend them if you are looking for an affordable car detail.2 months agoHad Ram 2500 detailed, but not happy that they did nothing with bed of truck, as well as did side ramps with some stuff that made steps unsafe and slippery to step on, other then that inside looked good. Price high for not having outside fully cleaned and length of time they had vehicle it should have all been clean, front to back , in and out.4 months agoI had to take my car in to get ready to ship for pcs. It was totally last minute and the staff was so understanding and accommodating. Honest and affordable. I would definitely recommend.5 months agoMy car looks amazing in and out! Wow! I never thought it could look this good again, worth every penny. Even got out the tough messes/stains my kids made that I thought were permanent.

The staff here is truly the most friendly, supportive, and helpful staff I have EVER experienced at any car wash. They are always moving around and making sure towels and window cleaner are stocked and they ALWAYS provide me with a scent of my choice before I start the wash. My car is hard to keep clean with a 2 year but they make it fun!!
My to go car wash. It’s always clean and I truly love the the bug prep area, the free windshield fluid, and free air for tire. Everyone is super nice.
This car wash was truly a blessing, Mr.Roger and Ms.Haleigh truly blessed me when i had a flat they made sure i left with my tire full of air and fixed with the repair kit i had.They were very graceful to help me as well as other customers that came along they were extremely attentive and made sure every area was clean and tooken care of, those two deserve a raise and i pray many blessings toward them, if i could give 10 stars i would very awesome staff and the vacuums and wash is wonderful!!! You wont leave disappointed!
On a whim today I decided to pull in and get my car washed today because I saw a sign for $5 Tuesday! As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by Danii, and she was so sweet and helpful. She quickly told me about the free wiper fluid, bug prep station, free air for my tires and sent me through the wash. I also got a free air freshener . The car wash itself was actually super power too!
