5 months agoI like Mike’s chain of car washes. I have a 2021 fire engine red cadillac ct5-v sport that I insist on keeping clean at all times. I do have a subscription/membership that’s auto debited out of my account monthly that gives me unlimited washes for $31 bucks. This convenient membership gives me access to the “Fast Lane”. The fast lane is where you pull up to a mechanical arm. It reads the sticker they put in your window, indicating what type of wash you signed up for. The arm lifts, and you proceed forward. This is definitely a plus because during the summer months, the lines get pretty long and I hate waiting. And, you get to go to ANY Mike’s carwash with a subscription. I think it’s a good deal! 👍 I recommend them…2 months agoEmployees were friendly and very helpful, explained everything in detail and approached and spoke to me right away and greeted me. Bought a membership. Extensive prewash and squeaky clean!5 years agoI drove from Chicago late at night to Cincinnati and when I arrived at my Hotel I noticed that I definitely needed a carwash. Since it was 11:00 At night I didn’t have much options. I have always good things about their tunnel wash’s but I forgot that they did have some self service locations. So after a quick Google search I found that this Mikes had 24 hour self service bays and it was only 4 miles from my hotel. When I pulled in it was really dark around the property and the vacuum stations but the Self service bays were really well lit. They don’t take coins but instead they take bills which is helpful. It was only $2 to start and I ended up only having to put another dollar in. They do offer a deal for $5 for 15 mins but 5 mins was enough for me. The exit is also a bit confusing but not that bad. Overall I was very pleased for how clean and how well lit the bays were. I can’t speak for the tunnel wash but I totally recommend the self service bays. 5 Starsa year agoMike’s is ALWAYS on point! The only suggestion that I have is the lines. Took my challenger here to get it washed. Redhead kid who works here walks up to me and says “oooohh a big boy car” then proceeds to tell me his friend has a civic with 500 horses that would make my car look slow. I mean I’m glad to see local businesses hiring the mentally incompetent with imaginary friends, buuuut I came here for a car wash… Not to be insulted by a delusional 16 year old with dreams of being a drag strip hero.
Hey I usually don’t have a problem with this place but I just notice this place is very prejudiced towards carbonated beings. I have a family member telling them you guys are letting other races besides Black get away with dress code and it’s a violation . If we can’t wear nose ring we all SHOULD’NT wear them regardless of race or how long we been there . People let’s get this situation handle before I have to call corporate. I wouldn’t recommend Mike’s Car Wash. They run your car through too fast and doesn’t clean as well as it could. They barely spray your car off. I went through the other day and my windows and other spots on my car were still dirty.
I just went through the car wash three minutes ago with the intention of buying a wash and then getting the deal that they were offering. I had a coupon that I left at home and had a picture of on my phone. The guy said I had to physically have the coupon in hand. Why??? Instead of the inconvenience of driving home I just pulled right out and went to the car wash down the street. I will never be back. All over a 5 dollar off coupon.
Good car wash and this curly haired red head made it all the better. He really seemed to like my car. It was nice to meet an employee with so much love for cars when at other car washes all the employees seem so unenthused. Great car wash and great service. Would go again
