2 months agoMy first few experiences with this car wash went really well. They cleaned everything and it looked great. It’s been worse the last few times. Today, they didn’t even bother cleaning off my dashboard, they didn’t wipe down multiple spots that came off easily after I went over it myself, and they just threw the mats in my back. There is dust on every surface still. I’m not sure how I pay over $25 for a car wash and this is what get.a week agoI give 5 start because I do love hard working women . And it was my first time been at the car watch in portage she did great job cleaning the windows of my car and ok job vacuuming. They were small things that I will like to see in my next visit is cleaning the dashboard on the car that she missed and vacuum correctly the back on my van5 months agoThis used to be my go to car wash. A was there a couple of months ago. They did a poor job.Today I decided to give them another go. Today was worse than last time.
a month agoThe outside of the car was clean! The inside however was not. I paid extra to have my mats washed. They were suppose to vacuum the inside. They did NOT vacuum under the mats or anywhere except the trunk! The door jambs were not wiped down! The windows were cleaned and parts of the inside were wiped down! $23 car wash was not worth it! I will not be going back! I only went because of the glowing reviews. Waste of money!8 months agoI’ve used Portage car wash many times. I’ve had to take my car back numerous times. I always tip double what the service costs. This time just really upset me because I had to take it back and they still didn’t do the bare minimum. I literally expressed to customer service what was wrong(she agreed)and after bringing it back the second time they never fixed it. I even clarified with them that the service that I paid for does include what was not done. It’s almost as if all they did was wash the windows. I’m just disappointed.

2 months agoI went here to use the pet wash. Sadly no one was there to help me pay for it. I walked back to the office and there was one guy running the place and he looked exhausted. I asked him for help and he said he couldn’t leave his post right that second. I told him I understood but had to take my pooch somewhere else.Sad. Hope the dude got some backup.
2 months agoThe last couple of times that I went to get my vehicle clean the scanner won’t scan my pass, the only thing the employee did is open the gate and let my in instead of fixing the problem. I pay for the top wash and it misses spot on my car.a week agoCanceled membership because I wasn’t using it and they took 40 bucks out for 4 months and when I went up there they had no cancellation so make sure you get a receipt and save it when you cancel but they knew I didn’t use it for 6 months!!!!!!a year agoGreat car wash with self serve pet wash, free vacuums as well as floor mat cleaner, and speedy wash. I would put 5 stars if they actually opened all 3 lanes and had a lane specifically for Fast Pass. There is nothing “Fast” about waiting for all the people paying with cash/credit. I write this review with 15 cars ahead of me and 4 cars behind stretching into the street.a year agoI have a immaculate, rust free 1996 Ford Mustang that I bought in California with me it’s second owner. I paid for the best car wash they offered to get the salt off my car. It was so good it tore off my passenger side ground effects. I noticed it was missing a day after I went through the wash. I returned to the wash and management told me they found it but proceeded to throw it out. This item is going to cost me $300 to replace. They didn’t even bother to help they just pointed to the sign and said your loss we’re not responsible. Are you kidding me? It was their machine that ripped it off my car and they’re not responsible??? They didn’t even have the courtesy to hold onto it. This is what our country is coming to?? Post a sign saying good luck. This is NOT the way honest good people do business.

I rate Crew Carwash a 3 overall. The drive through wash gets your car pretty clean in less than two minutes (not including any wait you may have in a line of cars before you enter the wash tunnel). I did not give a 5-star rating because their vacuums are poor quality, and the reps often hold you up with a sales pitch for membership when that option is clearly communicated on signage throughout the pre-wash area. SERVICE:
Five stars for their service. Everyone is always courteous. Also, if there are still bugs or other missed spots on your vehicle, they will allow you to go back through the wash once more without an additional charge.
QUALITY:
The quality of the car wash is as good as it gets for a mechanized wash. The only way your car would be cleaner is with a detailed hand wash. Plus, the wash is fast at less than two minutes from entry to exit, even if you are getting their most extensive wash, the Ultimate, which costs $20.
If you care about cleaning the inside of your vehicle as well as the outside, Crew Carwash is not a good option.
In the self-service stations outside of the wash tunnel, they do not sell or vend car cleaning supplies so you would need to bring your own.
Their vacuums ($2 for eight minutes) run for a long time even if you are moving at only a moderate pace, and there is one for both sides of the vehicle so you don’t have to try to stretch across seats. However, the vacuums are POOR quality. The suction is stronger on some of than others but none of them suction powerfully enough to get all the salt and debris out of your carpets. 😩
If you want a good, quick car wash that leaves your vehicle clean and sufficiently shiny, go to Crew. If you want your car fresh-off-the-lot shiny and clean on the inside, too, go somewhere else.
The employees are always courteous, and smiling. I’ve been to many drive thru car washes but this one is by far the best and the price is great. And there’s hardly not much of a wait time even when they’re packed.
I am shocked at the cost! $11 for a basic wash AND you have to pay more for vacuum! At home (Louisiana and Texas) $6 – $10 for a basic wash and FREE VACUUM 😭 aaaand the crew members aren’t allowed to wear shorts! Imagine, in this heat…. 🫠

The washes are of great quality and leaves my truck and wheels with a superb clean look. The customer and courtesy of the staff is beyond excellent. I am always greeted with smiles 😃
