4 months agoCar Damaged | Horrible Customer ServiceI pulled into the first parking spot (with vacuums) on the righthand side of the lot. The car stop had a bolt sticking out of the top, and the parking spot also had a small pothole in front of the car stop. Because of that, the underside of my car got caught on the bolt, breaking my bumper and pulling off a part of my front side panel.
The response from the manager was pathetic – no apology, no offer for resolution, no commitment to fix the parking spot so it doesn’t happen again. The manager just stared blankly at me, said it was “driver error,” and that there was nothing he could do.
The owners should expect litigation if they’re not willing to pay for the repairs to my car and pay to fix the parking spot so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The employees are friendly and courteous.2 weeks agoExcellent service. Alexa was helpful and very very nice not something I’m used to being new to Florida. The wash I chose made my car sparkling clean. The vacuums were powerful. Great experience overalla month agoWarning ⚠️ & Beware!! Noticed lined scratches all over my hood. They were not there before the 4 times I went through the wash. I now have to ask a body shop how much its going to cost to fix the scratches. If you don’t care about your car, go ahead and use them. If you care about your car, STAY CLEAR! Very disappointing. Stopping my membership immediately.

3 weeks agoThis is my one of my favorite affordable car washes. Always take care of yourself. They do hands-on with certain price selections and wonderful employees. If asked, they will come and help you with whatever you need . Check them out. If you have time, there is a free vacuum that is 100% covered dont worry about getting rained on sun beaming on you its all good .3 weeks agoGreen light car wash is the best drive in car wash ever. All of the employees are very helpful, and they go out of their way to help a customer out. I always have a great experience when I come here. It’s been about 7/8 years that i have been going to this car wash, my favorite employee name is Antwan when I tell you he is the best he will go above and beyond for his customers.a month agoThe first time I came for a quick wash. Unfortunately had and issue with the washes available and getting my refund. However management works swiftly and diligently to remedied the situation.The second time I brought my other vehicle and new staff was on shift. They greeted me and treated me well, gave free microfiber cloth to dry my car and a complimentary air freshener!
The wash itself was ok. Definitely as expected for a drive through and self service vacuuming type of wash.
The pricing was comparable to other car washed that offer similar services. I would definitely go back if I am in the area and in need of a quick wash.

Thanks to your staff for getting me clean!a month agoI stopped in this morning to get a wash before I headed into work. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Johnny the GM. I was torn between which wash to get but Johnny took a few moments and explained what each and every element does and how it’d be beneficial and offer the most protection. As a resident of Lauderhill I can say the customer service of our neighborhood wash has improved tremendously. I’ll definitely be back and spreading the word to family and friends 10/10 experience and customer service

After going through the wash you can fine tune your car yourself with your products in one of the vacuuming areas where they have air, microfiber cloth and glass cleaner.
Rip off! Paid $17 for the same $10 wash. This is just a drive thru wash with no frills. Car is still dirty. Went mainly for vacuum. All vacuums either out of service or being used. Went to wait for an open vacuum but the vacuum attendant told me to leave. Don’t waste your time or money.
They have a good price for joining the club to keep your car looking good. They have a system that identifies your license plate immediately and the gate opens to allow you into the car wash. With the unlimited program, I am able to keep my car looking clean always. The free vacuum cleaner is a great bonus.
Machine gets my car very clean (which is not easily said for most machines). Microfiber towels are always well stocked at the vacuum parking spots. There’s always been enough vacuum spots whenever I’ve been there. The one time I’ve spoken to an employee, it’s been great service!
New management- The cost increased from $3 to $10 for a drive through the car wash. I understand there’s inflation but that was a 70% increase. They offer monthly plans that may be more feasible. But dang!
